Dünya Kudüs Günü 3. Uluslararası Karikatür Festivali İslam Günü'dür.
İmam Humeyni Adil olmak gerekirse, karikatürümüz uluslararası konularda aktiftir ve bu alanda çalışan iyi gençlere teşekkür etmeliyiz.
İmam Hamaney Kutsal Ramazan ayı ile aynı zamanda 1443 AH ve Dünya Kudüs Günü arifesinde, "Dünya Kudüs Günü 3. Uluslararası Karikatür Festivali" olarak adlandırılır.
* Konu: Festivalin bu edisyonu, işgalci rejimle Arap-İslam ilişkilerini normalleştirmeye yönelik kibir odaklı çabalarla aynı zamana denk geldiğinden ve berbat günün bu yılki Kudüs Günü'ne yakınlığı nedeniyle, aşağıdaki iki konuda gerçekleştirilecek:
1. Bazı Arap liderlerin İsrail ile ilişkileri normalleştirmedeki ihaneti
2. Berbat Gün (İsrail'in Kuruluşu ve Filistin Halkının Yerinden Edilmesi Günü)

İranlı ve yabancı hakemlerin isimleri yakında açıklanacak.
* Yönetmelikler:
1. Her karikatürist, yarışma konularından herhangi birine en fazla 3 eserle (toplam 6 eser) katılabilir.
2. Gönderilen karikatürlerin boyutları jpg formatında A4 ve 300 dpi çözünürlükte olmalıdır.

4. Gönderilen karikatürler aşağıdaki örneğe göre isimlendirilmeli ve İngilizce bildiğinizden emin olunmalıdır:

5. Karikatürler Festival Sekreterliği'ne "ek" şeklinde e-posta ile gönderilmelidir.
6. Katılımcılar formu doldurmalı ve fotoğraflarını içeren bir e-posta ile göndermelidir.
7. Sekreterya, formu göndereni gönderilen karikatürün sahibi olarak tanır ve aksi kanıtlanırsa ilgili çalışmayı yarışmadan kaldırır.
8. Karikatürler başka bir festivalden ödül almamalıdır. Bu gerekliliğe uyulmaması durumunda, gönderilen efekt yarışmaya katılmayacak ve olası ödül geri çekilecektir.
9. Her iki konu ile ilgili çalışmalar birlikte değerlendirilecektir.
10. Katılımcıların eserlerini kullanma hakkı her halükarda Festival Sekreteryası'na aittir.
11. Tüm katılımcılara festivale katılım sertifikası verilecektir.
12. Karikatür yayınlamak, yarışma kurallarının kabulü anlamına gelir.
* Ödüller:
Bir numara: Onur Diploması ve 1.500 Euro.
İkincilik: Onur Diploması ve 1.000 Euro.
Üçüncülük: Onur Diploması ve 700 Euro.
Beş İranlı sanatçıya da ayrı ödüller verilecek.
Çalışmaları kabul edilen herkese katılım sertifikası verilecektir.

1. Son başvuru tarihi:Festival sekreteryasına karikatür toplamak için son tarih 21 Haziran 1401'dir (21 Haziran 2022).

"PEREC" dergisinin editörlüğü, 84 yılında Ukrayna Halk Sanatçısı Anatoly Petroviç Vasylenko'nun grafik Ukrayna mizahının ve hicivinin patriği olduğunu üzülerek duyuruyor.
Anatoly Petrovich, aşağı lanna karl ívs ʹkogo ilçesinin poltav лівин í köyünde doğdu. Çocukluğundan beri boyanmış ve kuzen John'un üzerinde oluşturulan ilk karikatür.
Yirmi yaşında, bir şeker fabrikasında çalışırken, yerel bir sendika gazetesi için hiciv çizimleri oluşturmaya başladı. 1959 yılında mirgorods ʹkomu seramik teknik okulunda, 1960-1961 yıllarında Kiev uygulamalı ve dekoratif sanat okulunda okudu. Aynı zamanda Pepper dergisi ile de işbirliği yapmaya başladı. "Perchenya" çocuk dergisinin baş sanatçısıydı. "Kırsal Haber" gazetesiyle işbirliği yaparak, "Barvinok", "Bebek", "mutlu resimler", "v čizna", "dnipro", "sabah" dergilerinde de çalıştı. Anatoly Petrovich'in iki yazar kitabının planlarının arkasında "Petrik Uzayda" ve "Timko-Zvárolov" kukla filmleri vardı. Çocuklar ve yetişkinler için yaklaşık üç yüz kitap resimli. Yarışma ödülleri var.
Derginin editörleri Anatoly Petrovich'in ailesine başsağlığı diliyor. Meslektaşım, yoldaşım, Ukrayna ve Ukrayna vatanseverinin parlak hatırası sonsuza kadar kalbimizde kalacak.

Caricature art is comprehensive and diverse in life, so Center 7 may be the third international art center to hold an international meeting of Kurdish cartoons (portrait of Sherko Bemeduk) as the most prominent poet of the new era.
Terms of participation:
- Cartoonsters can participate in two work.
- The size of the A3 and the 300DPI dial.
- The work must be new and has not been participated in any exhibition or festival before and has not been published.

evaluates the submitted artworks (1-5 points)
according to the criteria: topic, originality of the idea,
artistic quality, completed Application form, meeting the

and selects up to 150 cartoons / authors for the exhibition.
Selection results until June 30, 2022.
Selector points are added to the votes of the audience jury
(voting until October 30, 2022).

INTERNATIONAL SALON OF PRESS CARTOONS AND SATIRICAL VISUAL ARTS 2022 |

CONDITIONS:
1.The competition is open to any cartoonist. There is a free
theme.
2.It is acceptable to enter with cartoons that have been
published previously. However,
they should not have won any prize/award in any other
competition.
3.Any technique is allowed. The cartoonist can submit a
maximum of 5 cartoons.
Originals or electronic versions suitable for printing in
300 dpi and jpg format sent by
e-mail would also be acceptable. No responsibility will be
assumed for documents
sent in different formats and documents that can not be
opened.
4.All cartoons must be 30x40cm maximum.
5.The participants must write their names (first and
surname) in capital letters, address,
e-mail, country and telephone number; a brief CV should be
submitted in a sealed envelope.
6.The cartoons must be sent to the following address, no
later than the 10th of September 2022:

7.The results of the competition will be announced on the
14th of October 2022.
8.The cartoons sent to the competition will not be returned.
All cartoons, whether they
have won a prize or not, may be used for cultural purposes
and may be published.
Participation assumes acceptance of these conditions. All
cartoons will be kept in the
‘International Salon Of Press Cartoons And Satirical
Visual Arts'.
9.The cartoons selected by the jury will be displayed in the
exhibition and will also be
printed in the album.
10.The reward ceremony will be held on the 14th of October
2022 at 16:00. The opening of the exhibition will be held on
the same date, in ‘International Salon Of Press Cartoons
And
Satirical Visual Arts' for cartoons which have won an award
or have been selected for
display. The exhibition will be open until the 30th of
October 2022.
11.For participants the travel, accommodation and meals are
provided by the organizers.

girmek kabul edilebilir. Ancak,

“Refuse
To Stay Silent: Stop Violence against Women
Worldwide"
243 million women and girls were abused by an intimate partner
in the past years 2020-2021, according to the United Nations.
Violence against women statistics was already painting a dark
picture compared with previous years, and the virus has now
severely aggravated the
situation.
The already staggering numbers are not to be taken at face
value, as a large proportion of cases go unreported. The
frequent impunity of perpetrators, stigma towards the victims,
and self-inflicted societal shame lead many women and girls to
be silent. Abuse, traditionally
represented as merely physical, manifests itself in many
forms:
battery, psychological abuse, marital rape, femicide, rape,
forced sexual acts, unwanted sexual advances, child sexual
abuse, forced marriage, street harassment, stalking,
cyber-harassment, human trafficking (slavery and sexual
exploitation), female genital mutilation,
child marriage and more…
As countries went into lockdown to stop the spread of the
virus, violence against women intensified, especially domestic
violence, and the challenges of reporting it grew. Some
countries saw calls for help rise significantly, with phone
calls to helplines increasing five-fold. Yet,
the number of regular reports fell in others, as access to
support via channels became more limited. In a perverse cycle,
a lot of women found themselves more isolated as the risk of
violence in intimate relationships increased, frequently only
in contact with their own abusers for long periods of time,
unable to ask for help.
We know the cartoons speak a universal language. Sometimes the
text needs to be translated, but that is unnecessary for most
cartoons. You can cry, laugh or get excited about them at
first glance, and sometimes readers may have to think a
little. cartoonists want you to laugh, cry or get mad about
the sad, crazy, and cruel things on our planet, to raise
awareness about what is happening. For that, our purpose in
this contest is to create the main theme combining cartoonists
from the whole world on tailored subjects about women's rights
and stop violence against them worldwide and protect them
because it's a global social crisis. And it has devastating
consequences for the societies of the entire world.

Terms and Conditions of Participation in the International
cartoon contest and exhibition- Norway 2022.
Please read the terms and conditions of participation
attentively!.
1. The main theme:
(Refuse To Stay Silent: Stop Violence against Women
Worldwide).
2. PARTICIPANTS:
The contest is open to all cartoonists, illustrators, and
graphic artists from all over the world.
3. CRITERIA OF ARTWORKS TO BE SUBMITTED:
– The artworks can be produced traditionally or digitally.
– The paper size of the artworks must be A3 only.
– Authors can participate with a maximum of 2 artworks
(Cartoons or comic Strips) only.
– Artworks must be inedited (that is, neither published
before nor used to participate or win in other competitions).
– Important tip! We will not accept any artworks created
before the date of our contest.
The organizer can decide to exclude from the award of the
prizes
those works that are found to have been already Similarity to

cartoons are all precisely documented according to the name of
the
caricaturist, newspaper, or the website that published these
works and the date of publishing.
–In order to be understood worldwide and beyond every
linguistic barrier, the works must be without dialogue or
texts.
4. SUBMISSION

5. Parameters of digital reproductions:
– the file size of the digital image may not exceed 2 MB;
– the digital images can be uploaded in uncompressed jpg,
jpeg format, 300 dpi resolution.
6. The deadline for submitting the digital reproductions is
08th of June 2022, midnight, 12:00 (UTC+2).
7. The jury:
– Norwegian and international jury members will make a
selection of the winners' artworks on 15.06.2022 (online
meeting).
– The jury decisions are taken by majority vote and are not
subject to appeal.
– According to the assessment made on the quality standard
of the competing works, the jury may not award all the
expected prizes.
8. The exhibition:
– The exhibition of winning cartoons and 30 selected
artworks will post
on Cartoon Home Network International (Facebook platform) and
take
place at the Norwegian Cartoonist Gallery on the 26th of
November 2022.
9. The Prizes:
In total, 08 prizes will be awarded according to the following
structure:
– First prize: 500 Dollars + Diploma (that will be sent by
e-mail to download).
– Second prize: 300 Dollars + Diploma (that will be sent by
e-mail to download).
– Third prize: 200 Dollars + Diploma (that will be sent by
e-mail to download).
– Honour prizes (5): Diploma (that will be sent by e-mail to
download).
– The prize value amounts are subject to subtraction of
legal taxation as valid at the time of its attribution.
– The winning cartoonists will receive the prizes on the
30th of June 2022.
10. Rights:
– Participation in the contest automatically implies that
the author waives copyrights of his works in any kind of
platform, concerning the production and diffusion of the
contest and exhibition.
– The artworks may be used in the advertising campaign of
the exhibition or for humanitarian purposes.
– Copyrights of the exhibition and catalog belongs to the
organizer.
– Winners and selected cartoonists in the exhibition will
receive a digital catalog of the contest. that will be sent by
e-mail to download.
If the cartoonist wants to receive a printed catalog, he/she
should request it and support the shipment costs.
