XI. Uluslararası Karikatür Festivali “Denizin Gülümsemesi – 2026″nın Şartları:
1. Yarışma eserlerinin kabulü 1 Haziran 2026 ile 30 Ağustos 2026 tarihleri arasında yapılacaktır.
2. Her yaş grubundan çizer yarışmaya katılabilir.
3. Her çizer yarışmaya en fazla 10 (on) eser gönderebilir.
4. Başka yarışmalarda ödül almış eserler yarışmaya kabul edilmez.
5. Yapay zekâ ile üretilmiş karikatürler kabul edilmez!
6. Katılımlar yalnızca aşağıdaki e-posta adresine gönderilmelidir: imeempravo@mail.ru
Mektubun konu kısmında “Yarışma için” (“For the Competition”). ibaresi yer almalıdır.
7. Yarışmaya Katılacak Eserler İçin Gereksinimler:
Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm) veya A3 (297 x 420 mm); JPEG, 300 dpi.
Eser orijinal olmalıdır.
Teknik serbesttir, eserler siyah beyaz veya renkli olabilir.
Eserler metin içermemelidir.
Çizer, eserlerle birlikte şunları gönderir: ayrı bir fotoğraf dosyası, ayrı bir İngilizce kısa otobiyografi dosyası, soyadı, adı, yaşı, posta adresi (ikamet ettiği ülke belirtilmelidir), e-posta adresi.
8. Tüm katılımcılar festival kataloğunu elektronik formatta alacaklardır.
9. Ödül kazanan eserlerin sahiplerine elektronik formatta sertifika ve diploma verilecektir.
10. Yarışma organizatörleri, yarışmaya katılan eserleri sergileme ve bilgilendirme amaçlı kullanma hakkını saklı tutar. Ayrıca karikatür türünü ve “DENİZİN GÜLÜŞÜ” Festivalini popülerleştirmek için de kullanabilirler.

A- “Family Values”
B- “Office Romance”
Terms and Conditions of the XI. International Cartoon Festival “The Smile of the Sea – 2026”:
1. Submission of competition works will take place between June 1, 2026 and August 30, 2026.
2. Cartoonists of all ages can participate in the competition.
3. Each artist may submit a maximum of 10 (ten) works to the competition.
4. Works that have won awards in other competitions will not be accepted.
5. Cartoons generated with artificial intelligence will not be accepted!
6. Submissions should only be sent to the following email address: imeempravo@mail.ru
The subject line of the letter must include the phrase "For the Competition".
7. Requirements for Works to be Submitted to the Competition:
Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm) or A3 (297 x 420 mm); JPEG, 300 dpi.
The artwork must be original.
Technique is free; artworks can be black and white or color.
Artworks should not contain text.
The artist submits the following along with their artwork: a separate photo file, a separate short autobiography file in English, surname, name, age, postal address (country of residence must be specified), and email address.
8. All participants will receive the festival catalog in electronic format.
9. Winners will receive certificates and diplomas in electronic format.
10. The competition organizers reserve the right to use the submitted artworks for exhibition and informational purposes. They may also use them to popularize the cartoon genre and the "Smile of the Sea" Festival.
