Altın Çapak, Belçika'daki Knokke-Heist Karikatür Festivali ile bağlantılı uluslararası bir çizgi film yarışmasıdır. Festival, 2027'de 66. kez düzenlenecek ve böylece dünyanın en eski Çizgi Film Festivali olacak.
Kurallar:
1. Katılım:En az 18 yaşına sahip herkes bu uluslararası yarışmaya katılabilir. Bu yarışmaya katılanlar, kural kurallarını ve jüri kararlarını kabul ederler. Yabancı katılımcıların kazandığı ödüllere vergi tutulmasına ilişkin Belçika yasası yürürlüktedir.
Katılım serbesttir. Başvuru başlangıç tarihi 1 Eylül 2026 olarak belirlenmiştir.
Son başvuru tarihi 30 Kasım 2026'dır.
2. Tanım:Bir çizgi film, mizahi bir çizimdir. Bu, örneğin ünlü bir kişinin karikatürü, güncel bir durumun parodisi veya sadece komik bir durumun görüntüsü olabilir. Bu çizgi film tek bir görüntüden oluşabilir veya kısa bir çizgi roman formunda olabilir. Hareketli görüntülere izin verilmez.
3. Tema:Katılımcılar girişlerin konusunu kendileri belirler.
4. Kayıtlar:
a. Katılım koşulları
Kişi başına maksimum 5 başvuru. Organizasyon, 5'ten fazla başvuru gönderen katılımcıları diskalifiye etme hakkını saklı tutar.
Çizgi filmler siyah-beyaz veya renkli olabilir.
Çizgi filmlere metin verilmeyebilir.
Karikatürler henüz Belçika'da sergilenmemiş veya yurt dışında ödüllendirilmemiş olabilir.
b. Başvurular:Posta yoluyla veya dijital olarak gönderilebilir. Kayıt formu web sitesi üzerinden doldurulmalıdır www.cartoonfestival.be.
Dijital gönderimler
Bunlar, web sitesinde form doldurulup karikatürleri ekledikten sonra iletilebilir. Her çizgi filmin bir başlığı olmalı. Çizgi filmler, JPEG ve TIFF formatlarında 300 dpi çözünürlükte A4 formatının maksimum boyutuna (21 x 30 cm) sahip olabilir. 2 cm beyaz bir kenar olmalı.
Posta ile gönderiler:Sadece web sitesinde formu doldurup gönderiye ekledikten sonra mümkündür. Görüntü boyutları (en az 21 x 30 cm) veya (en fazla 30 x 42 cm). 2 cm beyaz bir kenar olmalı.
Her karikatürün arkasında şu şekilde yazılmalıdır: soyad, ilk isim ve adres. Her çizgi filmin bir başlığı olmalı.
Posta gönderisi düz olmalı ve katlanmamalıdır.
Cam, çerçeve veya diğer malzemeler altında yapılan işler dikkate alınmaz.
Katılım YALNIZCA formunuzu tam olarak doldurduğumuz sürece geçerlidir. Girişler katılımcıların masraflarına yapılır. Seçilen karikatürler sergi için passe-partout ile çerçevelenecek veya forex üzerine basılacak.
5. Eserlerin özgünlüğü:Gönderen kişi, eserlerinin özgünlüğünden sorumludur. Tüm intihal türleriyle ilgili tartışmalar ve iddialar, gönderenin zararına gerçekleşir.
6. Miras hakları:Katılımcılar, katılımları sayesinde, organizasyon derneğine "Uluslararası Karikatür Festivali" ve Knokke-Heist sahil tatil köyü için (örneğin karikatür kitabı, katalog, basında tanıtım, poster, broşür gibi ayrı basılı materyaller... tanıtım hediyesi, belediye yönetimi ve/veya organizasyon karikatür festivali, takvim...) tanıtım hakkı vermektedir.
7. Jury:Een professionele jury maakt uit de ontvangen inzendingen een selectie voor de tentoonstelling en kiest 10 genomineerden. Deze selectie wordt nagezien op plagiaat waarna de jury kan beslissen om geselecteerden uit de selectie te halen. De winnaars worden bekend gemaakt op de openingsdatum van het festival.
8. Eigendom inrichtende vereniging:Tüm basılı ve kağıt eserleri, Çizgi Film Festivali ile ilgili olarak organizasyon derneğinin mülkiyetine geçer. Eserler en fazla 2 yıl saklanır ve talep üzerine, kendi masraflarınızla iade edilebilir.
9. Çizgi Film Kitabı:Bütçe ve teknik olanaklar göz önünde bulundurularak bir karikatür kitabı yayımlanır. Seçilen katılımcılar bir kopya alma hakkına sahiptir.
10. Fiyatlar
Altın Şapka: 5.000 euro
Gümüş Şapka: 2.000 euro
Bronz Şapka: 1.000 euro
Halk Ödülü: 500 euro
3 ödül sahibi resmi açılışa davet edilecek; bu da Knokke-Heist'teki gezi + 1 gece dahil.

Golden Hat International Cartoon Contest"FREE"30 November 2026

The Golden Hoed is an international cartoon competition, associated with the Cartoon Festival Knokke-Heist, Belgium. The festival will be in its 66th edition in 2027, making it the oldest Cartoon Festival in the world.
Rules:
1. Participation
All persons with the age of at least 18 years can participate in this international competition. Participants in this competition agree to the terms and conditions of the rules and the decisions of the jury. The Belgian legislation on withholding tax on prizes won by foreign participants is in force.
Participation is free.
Start date for submission is set at 1 September 2026.
Deadline for submitting the cartoons is November 30, 2026.
2. Definition:A cartoon is a humorous drawing. This can be, for example, a caricature of a famous person, a parody of a current situation or simply an image of a comic situation. This cartoon can consist of a single image or take the form of a short comic. No moving images are allowed.
3. Theme:The participants themselves determine the subject of the entries.
4. Entries
a. Conditions of participation
Maximum 5 entries per person. The organization reserves the right to disqualify participants who submit more than 5 entries.
The cartoons can be in black and white or color.
The cartoons may not be provided with text.
The cartoons may not yet have been exhibited in Belgium or awarded abroad.
b. Submissions:Can be sent in by post or digitally. The registration form must be completed via the website www.cartoonfestival.be.
Digital submissions
These can be forwarded after filling in the form on the website and adding the cartoons. Every cartoon must have a title. The cartoons may have the maximum size of an A4 format (21 x 30 cm), at a resolution of 300 dpi, in JPEG and TIFF format. There should be a white border of 2 cm.
Submissions by mail
Are only possible after filling in the form on the website and attaching the form to the shipment. Image dimensions (min. 21 x 30 cm) or (max. 30 x 42 cm). There should be a white border of 2 cm.
On the back of each cartoon must be stated: surname, first name and address. Every cartoon must have a title.
The postal submission must be flat and not folded.
Works under glass, framed or other materials are not taken into account.
Participation is ONLY VALID if we receive your form fully completed. The entries are made at the expense of the participants. The selected cartoons will be framed for the exhibition with a passe-partout or printed on forex.
5. Originality of the works:The submitter remains responsible for the originality of his works. Discussions and any claims relating to all forms of plagiarism, etc., are at the expense of the submitter.
6. Patrimonial rights:By the fact of their participation, the participants give the organizing association the right to use the entries as promotion for the "International Cartoon Festival" and the seaside resort of Knokke-Heist (e.g. cartoon book, catalogue, publicity in the press and other media, separate printed matter such as posters, leaflets, etc... promotional gift municipal administration and/or organization cartoon festival, calendar...).
7. Jury:A professional jury will make a selection for the exhibition from the submitted submissions and choose 10 nominees. This selection is checked for plagiarism, after which the jury can decide to remove selected people from the selection. The winners will be announced on the opening date of the festival.
8. Ownership of organising association:All printed/paper works become the property of the organizing association in relation to the Cartoon Festival. The works are kept for a maximum of 2 years and can be returned on request, at your own expense.
9. Cartoon Book:A cartoon book is published taking into account the budgetary and technical possibilities. Selected participants are entitled to one copy.
10. Prices
Golden Hat: 5,000 euros
Silver Hat: 2,000 euros
Bronze Hat: 1,000 euros
Prize of the Public: 500 euros
The 3 laureates will be invited to the official opening, including the trip + 1 night in Knokke-Heist.
