Ben karikatürist Mario Mastrotti, Uluslararası Organ Bağışı Mizah Salonu'nun başkanı ve kurucusuyum. Salona başvurular 31 Temmuz'da sona eriyor; bu nedenle organ bağışı konusunda farkındalık yaratarak hayat kurtarmaya yardımcı olma davetini tekrarlıyorum.

DÜZENLEME:
1 – GIRIŞ:GABRIEL Enstitüsü, 25 yılı aşkın süredir faaliyet gösteren kar amacı gütmeyen bir sivil toplum kuruluşudur Brezilya'da organ ve doku bağışı hakkında bilgi, farkındalık ve farkındalığın teşvik edilmesinde.

4 - KATılım:Kayıt, profesyonel veya amatör tüm grafik sanatçıları için şu adresten açıktır 18 yaşından.
Kayıt ücretsizdir.
5 – MAKALELERIN SUNUMU:Tüm kategorilerdeki tüm eserler A-4 formatında (210X297mm) çevrimiçi olarak gönderilmelidir 300dpi'da, grafik yazılımı dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir teknikle üretilen CMYK renk modu formatında JPG veya PNG formatında en fazla 10.0 MB sınırı var.

6 – ESERLERIN MIKTARI:Her kategori için tek bir kayıt formatında en fazla beş yazar eser kabul edilecektir.
7 – KATEGORILER:Karikatürler – katılımcılar, "Organ Bağışı" temasını ele alan eserler yaratmalıdır, ancak müzikal orglar ve reprodüktörlerle ilgili görsel kelime oyunlarına kadar. Temsil edilmekten kaçınmak çok önemlidir nakil listesindeki hastaları küçümsebilir veya belirli grupları damgalayabilir.
Çizgi film – bu kategoride katılımcılar eleştirel grafik temsiller üretmeleri için meydan okuma yapılır ve önerilen temaya ilişkin mizahi siyasi ve sosyal gerçekler. Karikatür (Valdir de Carvalho Özel Ödülü) - Bu baskıda, Mizah Salonu Dr. Joseph Murray, tıp tarihinde önemli ve temel bir figür, nakil için öncülerden biri organlarının sorumlusu ve 1954'te gerçekleştirilen ilk başarılı insan böbrek nakli; ve Brezilya'da bu bölgenin konsolidasyonunda önemli bir karakter olan Dr. Emil Sabbaga 1965 yılında ülkede gerçekleştirilen ilk organ naklinin klinik koordinatörü. 8 - ÖDÜLLER:Toplam 4.500.00 R$ tutarında altı ödül aşağıdaki şekilde verilecektir:
Her biri R$1.000.00 tutarında, çizgi film ve çizgi film kategorileri arasında dağıtılan iki birinci sıra.
Çizgi film ve çizgi film kategorileri arasında dağıtılan her biri R$500.00 tutarında iki ikinci sıra.
Valdir de Carvalho Karikatür için Özel Ödül – 1.000,00 R$ miktarında birinci sıra. ve 500,00 R$ tutarında ikinci sıra.
Tüm kategorilerde ayrıca toplamda 9 kez mansiyon alan üç Onur Ödülü (sertifika) verilecektir. Ayrıca Yukarıda bahsedilen ödüller, katılımcılara ek ödüller de verilebilir etkinliğin sponsorları ve destekçileri olarak görev almıştır.
9 – VALDIR DE CARVALHO ÖDÜLÜ
Valdir de Carvalho Ödülü, GABRIEL Enstitüsü'nün kurucu ortaklarını onurlandırmak için oluşturulmuş ve Amaç: Bu yönetmeliğin 7. maddesinde tanımlandığı şekilde Karikatür kategorisindeki eserleri ödüllendirmek.
10 – KARAR:Seçim Jürisi, Başkan'ın koordinasyonu altında GABRIEL Enstitüsü temsilcilerinden oluşacak Salonun üyeleri ve bu yönetmeliğe uygun olarak eserlerin seçilmesinden sorumlu olacaktır.
Ödül Jürisi, bağış sürecinde yer alan sağlık profesyonellerinden ve Nakil sanatçıları, grafikçiler ve davanın konukları. Kararları tartışmasız ve temyiz edilemez olacaktır.
Jüri, yeterli seviyeye ulaşmayan kategorilere ödül vermeme hakkını saklı tutar, diğer kategorilere transfer edilmek veya bu amaçla Salon'da özel bir ödül oluşturulmak.
Ödüller GABRIEL Enstitüsü için alınacak.
Ödül Jürisi, sunulan eserlerden birinde veya birkaçında herhangi bir sahte veya intihal tespit ederse, verilen ödülü iptal edebilir. Eserler, açılıştan kısa süre sonra Salonun web sitesinde yayımlanacak ve herhangi bir uygunsuzluk kanıtı ile birlikte 10 gün sonrasına kadar itiraz edilebilir.
Beraberlik durumunda, Seçim Jürisi beraberliği çözmekle sorumlu olacaktır.
Diğer ödüller ve anmalar ise Organizasyon Komitesi'nin takdirine bağlı olarak kurulabilir.
Düzenleme dışındaki veya intihal edilen eserler otomatik olarak diskalifiye edilir.
Kendi yazarlığına ait olmayan ya da olmayan görsellerle kollaj teknikleri kullanan eserler Kamu malı görseller de otomatik olarak diskalifiye edilecektir.

Kayıt formu tamamen doldurulmalıdır.
Katılımcı, eserlerini kategorilere göre ortak olarak sunmalıdır, her kayıt başına toplamda 15 esere ulaşıyor.
Her katılımcı için yalnızca bir kez kayıt yapılabilir. Birden fazla Aynı yazar tarafından yapılan girişler sadece gönderilen ilk yazı geçerli sayılır, diğerleri otomatik olarak göz ardı ediliyordu.
Eksik başvurular reddedilir.
12 – GENEL DEĞERLENDIRMELER:Gönderilen eserler otomatik olarak Salonun koleksiyonuna dahil edilir.
Seçilen eserler sergiler, kurumsal dağıtım ve sanal katalog için yeniden üretilebilir.
GABRIEL Enstitüsü teknik arızalardan, sevkiyat veya tanımlama sorunlarından sorumlu değildir yanlış iş. Eksiklikler Organizasyon Komitesi tarafından çözülecektir.

REGULATION:
1 – INTRODUCTION:The GABRIEL Institute is a non-profit civil society organization that has been operating for more than 25 years in the promotion of information, awareness and awareness about organ and tissue donation in Brazil.
Among its initiatives, the Humor Salon on Organ Donation, which uses graphic humor, stands out as a tool to expand dialogue with society and encourage the construction of a culture of donation.
2 – OBJECTIVES:Participants of this International Salon are invited to use their artistic and humorous vision to raise awareness among the population about the importance of organ and tissue donation to save lives, highlighting the nobility of this gesture of love and solidarity. Through their works, graphic humorists Their mission is to promote reflection on organ donation.
3 – DATES:Registration: from May 4, 2026 to July 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm (time of Brasília), exclusively through the website www.gabriel.org.br/salao-de-humor;
Selection of works made by the Selection Jury: from August 3, 2026 to August 7, 2026;
Announcement of selected artists: August 12, 2026;
Selection of works made by the Award Jury: from August 17, 2026 to September 20, 2026;
Online opening of the Salon (recorded awards): October 14, 2026, online on Youtube;
Start of the virtual exhibition: from October 15, 2026;
Face-to-face opening ceremony of the Salon: October 21, 2026, in Indaiatuba-SP.
Note: The selected works will be exhibited during the Virtual Salon on the website of the GABRIEL Institute and later, in traveling exhibitions.
4 - PARTICIPATION:Registration is open to all graphic artists, professional or amateur, at from 18 years old.
Registration is free.
5 – PRESENTATION OF PAPERS:All works of all categories must be sent online in A-4 format (210X297mm) in 300dpi, produced by any technique, including graphics software, CMYK color mode, in the format JPG or PNG with a maximum limit of 10.0 MB.
It should be noted that works produced, totally or partially, with the use of Artificial Intelligence will not be accepted.
6 – QUANTITY OF WORKS:Up to five authorial works will be accepted, per category, in a single registration format.
7 – CATEGORIES:
Cartoon – participants must create works that address the theme "Organ Donation", without resorting to to visual puns involving musical organs and reproducers. It is crucial to avoid representations that may disparage patients on the transplant list or stigmatize specific groups.
Cartoon – in this category, participants are challenged to produce critical graphic representations and humorous political and social facts related to the proposed theme. Cartoons should avoid any form of stereotype or prejudice towards donors, recipients, or professionals involved in the organ donation/transplantation process.
Caricature (Valdir de Carvalho Special Award) - In this edition, the Humor Salon pays tribute to the Dr. Joseph Murray, a notable and fundamental figure in the history of medicine, a pioneer in transplantation of organs and responsible for the first successful human kidney transplant, performed in 1954; and Dr. Emil Sabbaga, an important character in the consolidation of this area in Brazil, who acted as a clinical coordinator of the first organ transplant performed in the country, in 1965. 8 - AWARDS:Six prizes will be awarded for a total of R$ 4,500.00 as follows:
Two 1st places, in the amount of R$ 1,000.00 each, distributed between the cartoon and cartoon categories.
Two 2nd places, in the amount of R$ 500.00 each, distributed between the cartoon and cartoon categories.
Valdir de Carvalho Special Award for caricature – a 1st place in the amount of R$ 1,000.00 and a 2nd place in the amount of R$500.00.
All categories will also have three Honorable Mentions (certificates) totaling 9 mentions. In addition to the aforementioned awards, extra prizes may also be awarded to participants by the sponsors and supporters of the event.
9 – VALDIR DE CARVALHO AWARD:The Valdir de Carvalho Award was created to honor the co-founder of the GABRIEL Institute and has as its Objective: To award works in the Caricature category, as described in item 7 of this regulation.
10 – JUDGMENT:The Selection Jury will be composed of representatives of the GABRIEL Institute, under the coordination of the President of the Salon, and will be responsible for selecting the works in accordance with this regulation.
The Award Jury will be composed of health professionals involved in the donation process and transplant, graphic artists and guests of the cause. Its decisions will be incontestable and unappealable.
The jury reserves the right not to allocate prizes to categories that do not reach the sufficient level, transferring to other categories, or creating a special award at the Salon for this purpose.
The prizes will be acquisitive for the GABRIEL Institute.
If the Award Jury finds any kind of fraud or plagiarism in one or more of the works submitted, may cancel the award awarded. The works will be published on the Salon's website shortly after the opening and may be contested up to 10 days after it, with appropriate evidence of any irregularity.
In case of a tie, the Selection Jury will be responsible for breaking the tie.
Other awards and mentions may be instituted at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
Works outside the regulation or plagiarized will be automatically disqualified.
Works that use collage techniques with images that are not of their own authorship or that are not Public domain images will also be automatically disqualified.
11 – REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF PAPERS:
Submissions must be made through the website: https://www.gabriel.org.br/salao-de-humor/inscricao/
The registration form must be fully completed.
The participant must submit their works by category jointly, totaling up to 15 works per registration.
Only one registration per participant will be allowed. If multiple entries made by the same author, only the first entry sent will be considered valid, the others being automatically disregarded.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
12 – GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:The works sent automatically become part of the Salon's collection.
The selected works may be reproduced for exhibitions, institutional dissemination and virtual catalog.
The GABRIEL Institute is not responsible for technical failures, shipping or identification problems incorrect work. Omissions will be resolved by the Organizing Committee.
The ASSIGNEE(S) of the works that will participate assign the copyright over the WORK, granting the GABRIEL Institute, for all intents and purposes and in the best form of law, free of charge, irrevocable, irreversible and non-exclusive, the patrimonial rights relating to the WORK participating in the contest.
The assignment object of this term covers the right of the GABRIEL Institute to use the WORK, as it sees fit, under any form of exploitation, including reproduction, dissemination, media production, or any other other means, as long as it is intended to meet institutional purposes and the cause of donation.
It should be noted, however, that the moral rights over the WORK will always remain the property of the WORK author(s), under the terms of current legislation, and the right to have their name indicated as creator of the work, as well as to preserve its integrity.
By registering, the competitor agrees and accepts these regulations.
