Yeni bir projenin lansmanını duyurmaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz. UMOR LA…GURA HUMORULUI Uluslararası Mizahi Grafik ve Mizah Edebiyatı Festivali'nin 36. edisyonuna sizleri de davet etmekten mutluluk duyuyoruz.
Festival 10-11 Temmuz 2026 tarihleri arasında gerçekleşecek ve bu yılki teması PROPAGANDA olacak . Son tarih Mizahi grafikler bölümü için karikatürlerin gönderilme tarihi 27 Haziran 2026'dır .
Bu e-postaya ek olarak başvuru formunu ve festival kurallarını bulacaksınız.

"MİZAH ... GURA HUMORULUI", Uluslararası Karikatür ve Mizah Edebiyatı Festivali 36. Edisyon, 2026
"Mizah ... Gura Humorului" Uluslararası Karikatür ve Mizah Edebiyatı Festivali'nin 36. edisyonu 10-11 Temmuz 2026 tarihleri arasında düzenlenecektir.
YARIŞMA KURALLARI - KARİKATÜRLER
1. Edisyonun Teması: PROPAGANDA
2. Orijinal eserler, 1 Ocak 2026'dan sonra oluşturulmuş, dijital formatta, yayınlanmamış ve diğer yarışmalara gönderilmemiş veya ödül almamış olanlar kabul edilir.
3. Her katılımcı, jüri tarafından değerlendirilmek üzere iki (2) karikatür sunacaktır.
4. Eserler, 27 Haziran 2026 tarihine kadar (posta damgası tarihi) aşağıdaki adreslere gönderilmelidir: e-posta: umorlahumor@gmail.com
veya posta yoluyla:
Muzeul Obiceiurilor Populare din Bucovina,
str. Sfântul Gavril, nr. 14, 725300 Gura Humorului,
Suceava County, Romania.
5. Teknik Gereksinimler:
• E-posta ile gönderilen eserler: JPG formatı
• Normal posta ile gönderilen eserler: A3/A4 formatı
• Kullanılan teknik, sanatçının serbest seçimine bağlıdır.
6. Eserler iade edilmeyecektir. "Mizah... Gura Humorului" Festivali'nin mirasının bir parçası olacaklar ve organizatörler, daha sonra bunları yazarın adıyla düzenlenmiş materyaller olarak kullanma hakkına sahip olacaklardır.
7. Katılımcılar, eserleriyle birlikte aşağıdaki belgeleri eklemelidir:
doldurulmuş başvuru formu (ekli), kısa bir özgeçmiş ve kişisel bir fotoğraf / karikatür öz portre.
8. Kazananlar 7 Temmuz 2026 tarihine kadar çevrimiçi olarak duyurulacaktır.
Diplomalar posta yoluyla, nakit ödüller ise banka havalesi yoluyla gönderilecektir.
9. Yetişkin katılımcılar için ödüller:
PROPAGANDA
1. Ödül: 500 EUR
2. Ödül: 300 EUR
3. Ödül: 200 EUR
Bukovina'da ilk kez katılanlar için "George Gavrilean" Ödülü: 200 EUR
10. 18 yaş altı katılımcılar için ödüller:
1. Ödül: 100 EUR
2. Ödül: 50 EUR
3. Ödül: 25 EUR
11. Jüri, ödül vermemeye veya ödülleri yeniden dağıtmaya karar verebilir.
Ayrıca, jüri, sponsorlar, dernekler, medya, kurumlar, şirketler veya özel kişilerin onaylarıyla, ödüllendirilecek eserler veya yazarlar hakkında karar verecektir.
12. Katılım ücreti yoktur.
13. Birincilik ödülünü kazanan kişi, bir sonraki yarışmanın jüri üyeliğine (ücretsiz olarak) davet edilecektir. Kazanan kişi teklifi reddederse, pozisyon bir sonraki ödül sahibine teklif edilecektir.
14. Yapay zekâ ile üretilen karikatürler kabul edilmemektedir!

It is our pleasure to announce the launching of the 36th edition of the International Festival of Satirical Graphics and Humoristic Literature UMOR LA….GURA HUMORULUI, and to invite you to be part to this event.
The period the festival will take place is between July, 10 to July, 11, 2026 and the theme of this edition is PROPAGANDA. The deadline for sending the cartoons for the satirical graphics section is June 27, 2026.
You will find attached to this email the submission form and the regulations of the festival.

"HUMOR AT ... GURA HUMORULUI", The International Festival of Cartoon and Humours Literature The 36th edition, 2026
The 36th edition of "Humor at ... Gura Humorului", the International Festival of Cartoon and Humorous Literature will be held between July 10 - July 11, 2026.
CONTEST REGULATIONS - CARTOONS
1. Theme of the Edition: PROPAGANDA
2. Original works are accepted, in digital format, created after January 1st, 2026, which were not published and not submitted or awarded prizes in other competitions.
3. Each participant will submit two (2) cartoons to be evaluated by the jury.
4. Works must be submitted by JUNE 27, 2026 (postmark date) to the following addresses: e-mail: umorlahumor@gmail.com
or by post to:

str. Sfântul Gavril, nr. 14, 725300 Gura Humorului,
Suceava County, Romania.
5. Technical requirements:
• Works sent by e-mail: JPG format
• Works sent by regular post: A3/A4 format
• The technique used is at the free choice of the artist
6. The works will not be returned. They will become part of the patrimony of the "Humor at... Gura Humorului" Festival, and the organizers are entitled to use them later as edited materials with the author's name on them.
7. Participants must enclose the following documents with their works:
the completed entry form (attached), a short CV and a personal photo / cartoon self-portrait.
8. The winners will be announced online by July 07, 2026.
Diplomas will be sent by mail and cash prizes by bank transfer.
9. Prizes for adult participants:

3rd Prize:EUR 200
"George Gavrilean" Prize for debutants in Bucovina:EUR 200
10. Prizes for participants under 18 years of age:

11. The jury may decide not to award a prize, or to reallocate prizes.
In addition, the jury will decide on works or authors to be awarded by sponsors, associations, media, institutions, companies or private individuals, with their consent.
12. There is no entry fee.
13. The winner of the 1st Prize will be invited to be part of the jury (pro bono) for the next edition. If the winner declines, the position will be offered to the next prizewinner.
14. Cartoons produced with artificial intelligence are not accepted!
