Mizahın 35. baskısı ... Uluslararası Karikatür ve Mizahi Edebiyat Festivali Gura humor, 18 Temmuz – 19 Temmuz 2025 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilecek. Bu yılki baskı çevrimiçi olacak.
YARIŞMA YÖNETMELİĞİ KARİKATÜRLER
1. Sürüm teması: SEÇİM
2. 1 Ocak 2025'ten sonra oluşturulan, yayınlanmayan ve diğer yarışmalara ödül verilmeyen veya verilmeyen orijinal eserler dijital formatta kabul edilir.
3. Her katılımcı jüri tarafından analiz edilecek iki (2) karikatür sunacaktır.
4. Çalışmalar 08 Temmuz 2025 tarihine kadar (gönderim tarihi) aşağıdaki adreslere gönderilecektir: e-posta: umorlahumor@gmail.com veya posta adresi: Bucovina halk gelenekleri Müzesi, str. Aziz Gavril, No. 14, 725300 - Gura Humorului, Suceava İlçesi, Romanya.
5. Teknik gereksinimler:
- E-posta ile gönderilen kağıtlar: minimum1600 x 1200 piksel, JPG formatı
- Normal posta ile gönderilen kağıtlar: A3 / A4 formatı
- Eserler için kullanılan teknik, sanatçının özgür tercihinde olacaktır
6. Eserler iade edilmeyecek. Mizahın mirasına eklenecekler... Gura Humorului Festivali ve organizatörleri, bunları daha sonra yazarlarının adıyla düzenlenmiş materyaller olarak kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
7. Katılımcılardan eserleriyle birlikte aşağıdaki belgeler istenmektedir: doldurulmuş giriş formu ekli, kısa bir özgeçmiş ve kişisel fotoğraf / çizgi film otoportresi.
8. Kazananlar 17 Temmuz 2025 tarihine kadar çevrimiçi olarak ilan edilecek diplomatlara posta ve nakit ödüller banka havalesi ile gönderilecektir.
9. Yetişkin katılımcılara verilecek ödüller:
1. ödül: 500 EURO
2. ödül: 300 EURO
3. ödül: 200 EURO
Bucovina'daki debutantes için " George Gavrilean " Ödülü - 200 EURO
10. 18 Yaşın altındaki katılımcılara verilecek ödüller:
1. ödül: 100 EURO
2. ödül: 50 EURO
3. ödül: 25 EURO
11. Jüri, ödüllerin verilmesine veya verilmemesine veya yeniden tahsis edilmesine karar verenlerdir. Ayrıca jüri, sponsorlar, dernekler, medya, kurumlar, ticari kuruluşlar veya özel kişiler tarafından ödüllendirilecek eserlere veya yazarlara rızaları ile karar verecektir.
12. Katılım ücreti alınmayacaktır.
13. 1. Sırayı kazanan, bir sonraki baskı için jürinin (ücretsiz) bir parçası olacak. Kazanan reddederse, yer bir sonraki ödüle yeniden dağıtılacaktır.

THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CARTOON AND HUMOROUS LITERATURE The 35nd edition,JULY 08, 2025
The 35nd edition of Umor la ... Gura Humorului, the International Festival of Cartoon and Humorous Literature will be held between July, 18 – July, 19, 2025. This year's edition will be online.
THE CONTEST REGULATIONS CARTOONS
1. The Edition theme: CHOICE
2. Original works are accepted, in digital format, created after January, 1st, 2025, which were not published and submitted or awarded prizes to other competitions.
3. Each participant will submit two ( 2 ) cartoons to be analysed by the jury.
4. The works will be submitted by JULY 08, 2025 (posting date) on the following addresses: email: umorlahumor@gmail.com or postal address: Muzeul Obiceiurilor Populare din Bucovina, str. Sfântul Gavril, nr 14, 725300 - Gura Humorului, judeţul Suceava, România.
5. Technical requirements:
- Papers sent by e-mail: minimum1600 x 1200 pixels, JPG format
- Papers sent by regular postal mail: format A3/A4
- The technique used for the works will be at the free choice of the artist
6. The works are not to be returned. They will be added to the patrimony of the Umor la ... Gura Humorului Festival and the organizers are entitled to use them later as edited materials with the name of their author on them.
7. The participants are required the following documents enclosed with their works: the completed entry form attached, a brief CV and a personal photography/cartoon self portrait.
8. The winners will be announced online until the July 17, 2025 the diplomas will be sent by mail and the cash prizes by bank transfer.
9. The prizes to be awarded for adult participants:
1st Prize : EUR 500
2nd Prize : EUR 300
3rd Prize : EUR 200
The "George Gavrilean" Prize for the debutantes in Bucovina - EUR 200
10. The prizes to be awarded for participants under the age of 18:
1st Prize :EUR 100
2nd Prize :EUR 50
3rd Prize: EUR 25
11. The jury are the ones who decide upon awarding or not awarding or re-allocating the prizes. In addition, the jury will decide upon the works or the authors to be rewarded by sponsors, associations, mass-media, institutions, commercial societies or private persons, with their consent.
12. There will be no participation fees.
13. The winner of 1st place will be part of the jury (pro bono) for the next edition. If the winner refuses, the place will be redistributed to the next prize.
