"Gülümseyen Şehir" Yarışması 1 Temmuz 2026

Uluslararası Mizahi Grafik ve Mizahi Edebiyat Festivali "Umor la … Gura Humorului"nin 36. edisyonu vesilesiyle, Gura Humorului Belediyesi özel bir hicivli grafik yarışması düzenliyor.
Yarışma kuralları:
· Konu: "Gülümseyen Şehir"
· Katılımcılar 1 (bir) adet hicivli grafik çalışması sunmalıdır.
· Karikatür, 1 Ocak 2026'dan sonra oluşturulmuş olmalı ve daha önce yayınlanmamış veya başka yarışmalarda ödül kazanmamış olmalıdır.
· Özel Ödül: 150 euro.
· Eserler aşağıdaki e-posta adresine gönderilmelidir: smiling.city.gh@gmail.com 1 Temmuz 2026'ya kadar.
· Eserler , Uluslararası Mizahi Grafik ve Mizahi Edebiyat Festivali "Umor la … Gura Humorului"nin mirasının bir parçası oldukları ve organizatörlerin bunları daha sonraki yayınlanacak materyallerde kullanma hakkını saklı tuttukları için sahiplerine iade edilmeyecektir.

The„Smiling City” Contest 1 July 2026

Upon the occasion of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului”, the 36st edition, the Town Hall of Gura Humorului organizes a special satirical graphics contest.
Contest rules:
· Subject: „Smiling City”
· The participants must submit 1 (one) satirical graphic work
· The cartoon must be created after the 1st of January 2026, and it must be unpublished and unrewarded within other contests.
· Special Prize: 150 euros.
· The works must be sent at the following e-mail address: smiling.city.gh@gmail.com until the 1 July 2026.
· The works will not be given back to their owners, as they are part of the heritage of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului” and the organizers reserve the right to use them in later edited materials.
Together with the cartoon, we are asking you to send us the following:
