Karikatür Büyük Ödülü "Málaga Grenet" 2025
Üçüncü yıl üst üste, Arequipa'daki Peru-Kuzey Amerika Kültür Merkezi, Arequipa'dan tüm dünyaya karikatür sanatını yeniden değerlendirmeyi amaçlayan MÁLAGA GRENET ULUSLARARASI KARİKATÜR YARIŞMASI - 2025'i düzenliyor. Geçtiğimiz yıl yarışma, evrensel karikatürün en büyük temsilcilerinin katılımıyla 41 ülkeden 300'den fazla eseri bir araya getirdi ve bu da yarışmayı dünyadaki en önemli yarışmalardan biri haline getirdi. İkinci edisyonun kazananı, ödülü kazanan ve imrenilen ödülü almak için şehrimizde bulunan Arjantinli karikatürist Juan Francisco Miranda oldu.
Yarışma, hem biçimsel dilinin teknik ve kompozisyonel kalitesi hem de zamanının toplumsal ve politik eleştirisinin keskin söylemi nedeniyle 20. yüzyılın ilk yarısının en önemli grafik sanatçısı olduğu için Julio Málaga Grenet'in adını taşıyor. Malaga Grenet, edebi illüstrasyon, moda illüstrasyonu, reklam çizimi, karikatür ve karikatür gibi çeşitli grafik sanat türlerinde gelişti.
KURALLAR VE YÖNETMELİKLER
Gran Premio de Caricatura Málaga Grenet 2025'in organizasyonu, Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde tarafından desteklenen, Universidad Católica Santa María ve Roberts Group'un desteği ve Arte Nostro Peru'nun desteğiyle Peru-Kuzey Amerika Kültür Merkezi'nin sorumluluğundadır.
KATILIM:
1.-Yasal yaşta olan dünyanın herhangi bir yerinden herhangi bir profesyonel veya amatör sanatçı bu yarışmaya katılabilir.
TEMA:
2.-Yarışmanın teması: Andy Warhol'un fizyonomik karikatürüdür.
GEREKLİLİKLER:
3.-Her katılımcı, daha önce başka bir yarışmada ödül almamış olması koşuluyla en fazla iki eser gönderebilir. 4.- Eserler herhangi bir teknik kullanılarak oluşturulabilir ve tek bir A-3 boyutunda olmalıdır.
5.- Yapay Zeka ile oluşturulan eserler kabul edilmeyecektir.
6.- Eserler, yayımlama amacıyla kullanılabilmesi için 300 dpi çözünürlükte JPG formatında gönderilmelidir.
7.- Gönderilen eserlere web sitesinde bulunacak Kayıt Formu eşlik etmelidir.
SON TARİH:
8.- Eserlerin gönderilmesi için son tarih 2 Temmuz 2025, gece yarısıdır (Peru saati).
9.- Düzenleyen kuruluş, yazarların eserlerinin nihai değerlendirme sürecine girdiğini doğrulayabilmeleri için alınan tüm eserlerin listesini yayınlayacaktır.
ÖDÜL:
10.- Kazanan esere tek bir ödül verilecektir:
- 1000 ABD doları.
- Usta Julio Málaga Grenet'nin bir heykelciği.
- Bir takdir belgesi. - Kazanan için Peru, Arequipa'ya bir gezi, 3 gece konaklama ve ödül törenine katılmak için şehirde yemek dahil, 9 Ekim 2025 Perşembe günü gerçekleşecek.
DEĞERLENDİRME:
11.-Jürinin kararı kesindir.
12.-Jürinin kararı kazanan kişiye e-posta ile bildirilecek ve daha sonra düzenleyen kuruluşun web sitelerinde, Facebook ve Instagram'da yayınlanacaktır.
13.-Kazanan, Arequipa'ya vardığında orijinal sanat eserini teslim etmeli veya yarışma organizasyonuna (sanatçı ödülü almak için şahsen katılamazsa) uygun şekilde korunan taahhütlü posta ile göndermelidir.

SERGİ:
14.-Sergi için seçilen sanatçılara sanal bir katalog ve katılım sertifikası verilecektir. 15.-Organizasyon, kazanan eseri ve seçilen diğer eserleri sanatçının/sanatçıların açık izni olmaksızın ve sanatçıya karşı herhangi bir yükümlülük olmaksızın yayma ve çoğaltma hakkını saklı tutar.
16.-Yarışmaya katılım, bu kuralların tam ve koşulsuz kabulü anlamına gelir. Ortaya çıkabilecek herhangi bir şüphe Jüri tarafından çözülecektir.

Caricature Grand Prize "Málaga Grenet" 2025
For the third consecutive year, the Peruvian-North American Cultural Center of Arequipa convenes the MÁLAGA GRENET INTERNATIONAL CARICATURE COMPETITION – 2025, which seeks to revalue the art of caricature from Arequipa to the whole world. Last year, the contest gathered more than 300 works from 41 countries, with the participation of the greatest exponents of universal caricature, which made the contest one of the most important in the world. The winner of the second edition was the Argentine caricaturist Juan Francisco Miranda, who won the award and was in our city to receive the coveted prize.
The contest is named after Julio Málaga Grenet, since he is the most important graphic artist of the first half of the 20th century, both for the technical and compositional quality of his formal language and for the sharp discourse of social and political criticism of his time. Malaga Grenet developed in various genres of graphic art such as literary illustration, fashion illustration, advertising drawing, cartoons and caricature.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The organization of the Gran Premio de Caricatura Málaga Grenet 2025 is under the responsibility of the Peruvian-North American Cultural Center, sponsored by Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde, with the support of the Universidad Católica Santa María and the Roberts Group, and the support of Arte Nostro Peru.
PARTICIPATION:
1.-Any professional or amateur artist from anywhere in the world who is of legal age can participate in this competition.
THEME:
2.-The theme of the competition is a physiognomic caricature of: Andy Warhol.
REQUIREMENTS:
3.-Each participant may submit up to two works, as long as they have not been awarded a prize in another competition previously.
4.- The works may be created using any technique and must be in a single A-3 size format.
5.-Works generated with Artificial Intelligence will not be accepted.
6.-The works must be sent in JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi in order to be used for dissemination purposes.
7.- Submitted works must be accompanied by the Registration Form, which will be available on the website.
DEADLINE:
8.-The deadline for submitting works is July 2, 2025, by midnight (peruvian time).
9.-The organizing entity will publish the list of all the received works so that the authors can verify that their works have entered the final judging process.
PRIZE:
10.-The winning work will receive a single prize of:
- 1000 US dollars.
- A statuette of the master Julio Málaga Grenet.
- A certificate of recognition.
- A trip to Arequipa, Peru, for the winner, including 3 nights of accommodation and meals in the city to attend the award ceremony, which will take place on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
JUDGING:
11.-The jury's decision is final.
12.-The jury’s decision will be communicated to the winner by email and will be published later on the organizing entity’s websites, Facebook, and Instagram.
13.-The winner must deliver the original artwork upon arrival in Arequipa or send it by certified mail properly protected to the competition organization (if the artist cannot attend personally to receive the prize).

EXHIBITION:
14.-Selected artists for the exhibition will receive a virtual catalog and a certificate of participation.
15.-The organization reserves the right to disseminate and reproduce the winning work and other selected works without the explicit authorization of the artist(s) and without any obligation toward the artist.
16.-Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Any doubts that may arise will be resolved by the Jury.
