Gönderen, eserinin özgünlüğünden sorumludur. Her türlü intihal ile ilgili tartışmalar ve olası iddialar, katkıda bulunanın sorumluluğundadır. Ödül kazanmış olsun veya olmasın, tüm karikatürler kültürel amaçlarla kullanılabilir ve yayınlanabilir.
Karikatürün yazarı, gönderilen karikatürün veya karikatürlerin Organizatörün mülkiyetine geçeceğini kabul eder. Organizasyon, yarışmaya kayıtlı tüm karikatürlerin çoğaltma haklarına sahiptir.
Organizasyon, kazananın ödülü, yarışmayla ilgili olmayan nedenlerle alamamasından sorumlu değildir. Yarışmacı bu yönetmelikte belirtilen yükümlülükleri yerine getirmezse, organizasyon her türlü sorumluluktan muaftır.
Romanya ile kazananın menşe ülkesi arasında bankalararası ilişki bulunmaması durumunda, organizasyon her türlü sorumluluktan muaftır.
Katılımcılar bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırlar.
Sanatçı, eserlerini Uluslararası Karikatür Yarışması 2026 CarpeVinum'a göndererek jüri kararlarını ve yukarıda basılı kuralları kabul eder.

The jury’s decisions are final.
The sender remains responsible for the originality of his work. Discussions and possible claims concerning all forms of plagiarism are the responsibility of the contributor. All cartoons, whether they have won a prize or not, may be used for cultural purposes and may published.
The cartoon’s author consents that the cartoon or cartoons sent will become the property of the Organizer. The Organizer is entitled for all reproduction right for any cartoon registered in competition.
The organizer shall not be responsible for the impossibility of a winner to take possession of the prize for reasons not related to it. If the competitor does not comply with the obligations imposed by this regulation, the organizer is exonerated from any liability.
In the absence of interbank relations between Romania and the country of origin of the winner, the organizer is exonerated from any liability.
Participants assumes acceptance of these conditions.
By submitting the works to International Cartoons Contest 2026 CarpeVinum, the artist accepts the decisions of the jury and the rules printed above.
