YARIŞMA KONUSU
Uluslararası Yeşilay Karikatür Yarışması Hakkında
Yeşilay dünyanın, ülkemizin ve özellikle gençlerin bağımlılıklara karşı dikkatini çekmek ve farkındalık oluşturmak amacıyla Uluslararası Yeşilay Karikatür Yarışması’nı düzenliyor.
Bu yıl 9’ncusu düzenlenecek olan yarışma ile bağımlılıklarla mücadelede dünyanın dört bir yanından karikatür sanatçılarını dâhil ederek çizgilerine kattıkları mizah unsuruyla oluşturdukları etkileyici m esajları topluma aktarılması hedefleniyor.
Yarışmanın Konusu: “Bir kişi oynar, herkes kaybeder.”
Kumar bağımlılığı yalnızca kişinin kendisini ilgilendirmez, bir halk sağlığı sorunudur. Buradan hareketle, Uluslararası Yeşilay Karikatür Yarışması’nın bu yılki teması, ülkemizden ve dünyadan gençlerin dikkatini bağımlılıklara çekmek ve farkındalık oluşturmak amacıyla “Bir kişi oynar, herkes kaybeder” olarak belirlendi.
Bu tema etrafında karikatüristlerden, kumar bağımlığını önlemede ailenin ve çevrenin önemine değinen, bunun kişisel değil bütün toplumu ilgilendiren bir sorun olduğunu anlatan ve etkileyici bir mesaj taşıyan mizahi eserler üretmelerini bekliyoruz

KATILIM KOŞULLARI:
SAYI: En çok 3 eser gönderilebilir, ödül almamış olmak şartıyla başka yerde yayınlanmamış eserler katılabilir.
BOYUT: A4 veya A3
TEKNİK:Siyah beyaz veya renkli, serbest teknik kullanarak elle çizilmiş veya bilgisayar ortamında dijital olarak hazırlanacaktır.
DİL: Türkçe veya İngilizce ( Gerektiği halde yazı kullanılacaktır. Ancak sözel/yazılı değil görsel anlatım ön planda tutulacaktır. )
KATILIM: Sanatçı, karikatürlerini A4 veya A3 ölçülerinde, 300 dpi, en fazla 5 MB olacak şekilde, JPG formatında en geç 19 Ocak 2025 tarihine kadar web sitesi üzerinden göndermelidir.
TELİF
Yarışmaya başvuru yapılan tüm eserler dereceye girip girmediğine bakılmaksızın yarışmacıya iade edilmeyecek ve Yeşilay’a teslim tarihinden itibaren eserlerin Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanununda düzenlenen tüm mali ve manevi hakları (işleme, çoğaltma, yayma, temsil, işaret, ses ve/veya görüntü nakline yarayan araçlarla umuma iletim, umuma arz, adın belirtilmesi, eserde değişiklik yapılmasını men etmek) yurt içinde ve yurt dışında yer, içerik, mecra, süre, sayı sınırlamasına tabi olmaksızın Türkiye Yeşilay Cemiyetine geçecektir. Türkiye Yeşilay Cemiyeti tüm eserler üzerinde münhasıran hak sahibi olup, bu hak ve yetkilerini eserin aslının ve/veya işlemesinin bütünü için kullanabileceği gibi, eserin aslının ve/veya işlemesinin bir kısmi için de kullanabilecektir.
Yarışmada dereceye giren tüm eserlerin orijinalleri, eser sahipleri tarafından ödül töreni öncesinde Türkiye Yeşilay Cemiyeti’ ne teslim edilecektir.
Türkiye Yeşilay Cemiyeti, yarışmaya başvuran tüm eserleri afiş, katalog, broşür, kitapçık vb. her türlü tanıtım malzemesi olarak kullanma hakkına sahip olacaktır.
Eserlerin başka yerlerden kopyalanması (özgün eser olmaması), eserin alıntı ve/veya çalıntı olmasından doğabilecek her türlü yasal sorumluluklar yarışmacıya aittir. Bu sebeplerle Yeşilay’ın herhangi bir zarara uğraması durumunda, ilgili yarışmacı Yeşilay’ın tüm zararını karşılayacaktır. Böyle bir durum tespit edildiği takdirde eser sahibi ödüllendirilmiş olsa bile ödülü geri alınır. Bu durumda yarışmacı kendisine ödül olarak ödenen bedelin, Yeşilay’ın ilk talebinden itibaren 10 gün içinde Yeşilay hesaplarına iadesini gerçekleştirecektir.
Yarışmaya katılan eserin daha önce herhangi bir yarışmada ödül almamış olması gerekmektedir. Böyle bir durum tespit edildiği takdirde eser sahibi ödüllendirilmiş olsa bile ödülü geri alınır. Bu durumda yarışmacı kendisine ödül olarak ödenen bedeli, Yeşilay’ın ilk talebinden itibaren 10 gün içinde Yeşilay hesaplarına iadesini gerçekleştirecektir.
Yarışmaya gönderilen eserlerdeki özgün olmayan metin, içerik, tasarım, görüntü, müzik vb. kullanımlardan doğacak her türlü hukuki sorumluluk yarışmacıya aittir.
Bu yarışmaya katılanlar yarışma koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırlar. Uygulama esaslarında yer almayan konulara dair takdir yetkisi Türkiye Yeşilay Cemiyetine aittir. Yarışmaya katılanlar bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.

COMPETITION SUBJECT
About the International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest 19 January 2025
Green Crescent organizes the International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest to draw the attention of the world, our country and especially the youth to addictions and to raise awareness.
The contest, which will be held for the 9th time this year, aims to include cartoonists from all over the world in the fight against addictions and to convey the impressive messages they create with the humorous element they add to their drawings to the society.
Theme of the Contest: “One person plays, everyone loses.”
Gambling addiction does not only concern the person himself; it is a public health problem. Based on this, the theme of this year’s International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest was determined as “One person plays, everyone loses” in order to draw the attention of young people from our country and the world to addictions and to raise awareness
. We expect cartoonists to produce humorous works around this theme that emphasize the importance of family and environment in preventing gambling addiction, that it is not a problem that concerns individuals but the whole society, and that carry an impressive message.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
NUMBER: A maximum of 3 works can be sent, works that have not been published elsewhere can participate, provided that they have not won an award.
SIZE: A4 or A3
TECHNIQUE: Black and white or colored, hand-drawn using free technique or prepared digitally on the computer.
LANGUAGE: Turkish or English (Written text will be used if necessary. However, visual expression will be prioritized, not verbal/written.)
PARTICIPATION: The artist must send their caricatures in A4 or A3 size, 300 dpi, maximum 5 MB, in JPG format via the website by January 19, 2025 at the latest.
COPYRIGHT:All works submitted to the competition will not be returned to the contestant regardless of whether they are awarded or not, and as of the date of delivery to Yeşilay, all financial and moral rights of the works regulated in the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (processing, duplication, dissemination, representation, transmission to the public by means of means for transmitting signs, sounds and/or images, presentation to the public, mentioning the name, prohibiting any changes to the work) will be transferred to the Turkish Green Crescent Society without any restrictions on location, content, medium, duration or number, both domestically and abroad. The Turkish Green Crescent Society is the exclusive owner of all works and may use these rights and authorities for the entirety of the original and/or adaptation of the work, as well as for a portion of the original and/or adaptation of the work.
The originals of all works that are awarded in the competition will be delivered to the Turkish Green Crescent Society by the owners of the works before the award ceremony.
The Turkish Green Crescent Society will have the right to use all works submitted to the competition as posters, catalogs, brochures, booklets, etc.
The contestant is responsible for all legal responsibilities that may arise from the copying of the works from other places (not being an original work), the work being quoted and/or stolen. In the event that Yeşilay suffers any damage for these reasons, the contestant will cover all damages to Yeşilay. If such a situation is detected, the award will be taken back even if the owner of the work has been awarded. In this case, the contestant will refund the amount paid to them as an award to Yeşilay accounts within 10 days from Yeşilay's first request.
The work submitted to the competition must not have won an award in any competition before. If such a situation is detected, even if the work has been awarded, the award will be revoked. All legal responsibilities arising from the use of non-original text, content, design, image, music, etc. in the works submitted to the competition belong to the contestant.
Participants in this competition are deemed to have accepted the competition conditions. The discretionary authority regarding issues not included in the application principles belongs to the Turkish Green Crescent Society. Participants in the competition are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
