I
was born in 1966 in Imishli, Azerbaijan.
His first cartoon was printed in "KIRPI"
comic magazine in 1982. He has graduated
from Journalistic Art Institute in
1992.
His cartoons were printed in many albums
of the international exhibitions and
competitions. Member of jury in
international FAIR PLAY Cartoon Contest
in Turkey 2001.Now he is the president
of the Cartoonists Union of Azerbaijan
and Chief editor "KARIKATURA"
("CARTOON") international
magazines.On May 2002 he organized first
Azerbaijan "Molla Nasreddin"
International Cartoon Contest having
been the President |

Jury. He is also the Azerbaijan-Editor of the
"WITTY WORLD", published in the USA.
