On the occasion of International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People Palestinian cartoonist / Majed Badra announce the launch of "International Campaign to advocate and support the Palestinian issue"
- Palestinian cartoontist / Majed Khalil Badra announced the launch of the International Campaign to support the Palestinian issue, which is the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People which falls on November 29 of each year, and endorsed by the UN General Assembly.
Badra stressed that artists, politicians and nationalist forces and progressive support of the Palestinian people and their legitimate national rights and the cause of a just and lasting peace from all over the world will participate in the campaign, and demands the application of UN resolutions on the Palestinian issue, chiefly 181/242/338/194 decisions, and assume its responsibilities towards Our people and end the siege on the Gaza Strip, and force the Israel I occupation to stop there crimes and aggressions and stop the continuing settlements and the wall of apartheid.
