3. The idea to develop and theme of the Festival of La Ciudad de las Ideas is as follows:What is the point? (What's the Point?)
Context:We live in a world of information technology and runs at unimaginable speeds,connecting countries and human beings as never before in history,stunning medical advances, a major knowledge of the human being, his mind body,even the psyche. Complex machines we have automated systems that work as science fiction films have been developed new technologies for energy and provide waterand electricity to remote communities.
Access to universities anywhere in the world is becoming more tangible day,various programs of study, graduate courses, master's degrees and even doctorates online.
Whenever public policies, gender equality, progress, although slow nonstop around the world,and against all forms of discrimination.Today as never understand the human beingas a systemic entity, body, mind and spirit, and so all kinds of upgrade programs forits development are carried out. Advances are innumerable, they have not only succeeded, but still moving somewhere in the world right now.
If all this is so, why there are still wars? Why is there hunger in various parts of the world?
Why are so many people in extreme poverty?
Why is there still labor exploitation? What about the sexual exploitation?
Why so many drugs? Why are children without access to basic education?
Why do we find in the streets so much violence?
Why do we see whole populations devastated by controllable diseases? Why? Why? Why? What is the point? (What's the Point?) *Translated into a cartoon printing on this question,
his answer or perhaps another question.
It will be taken into account in the rating of the work the following:
ability to approach the central theme of the competition, creativity and expertise in selected for execution, among other techniques.
* The organization reserves the right to withdraw from the contest the works that are offensive or violate human rights.
4. Each contestant can participate only with 3 works (authors who send more than 3 works will be disqualified).
They will be received at the official website of the festival of La Ciudad de las Ideas or by post to the address of the festival. 5. Any technique will be accepted (digital or manual color or b / w). 6. The work may not exceed: 21cm x 29cm or proportional size,and in the case of digital with no less than 300dpi and no larger than 10Mb. 7. 10. The selected works will be exhibited in Puebla, Mexico, on days 5, 6 and November 7, 2015 and will appear in various media of Poder Civico AC as social networks of the City of Ideas.
The cartoons will only be used for broadcasting the Festival in various media,including reproduction in catalogs, postcards, books, internet or television under the agreements with sponsors. 11. This call will run from 17 June to 18 August 2015.
The works sent by mail or courier this date should be recorded as a limit on the postmark or mail.
12. The competition results will be announced on the official website of the City of Ideas www.ciudaddelasideas.com incddelasideas Twitter and Facebookwww.facebook.com/Cddelasideas People who are winners will be notified by mail indicated in your shipping.
We ask you to ignore any mail confirmation if the domain has ciudaddelasideas.com or podercivico.org.mx 13. The jury will be appointed by Poder Civico AC and is empowered to resolve any issues related to the tender which does not comply with the provisions of these rules.
The prize may be declared void if the jury believes that none of the works presented have enough quality, whose decision is final.
The composition of the jury will be announced once the call is in progress. 14. Non-winning original works may be withdrawn by the authors at the offices of Poder Civico AC three months after being issued the ruling.

"SPORTS" Humour Competition |

The V International Sports Humour Competition is governed by the following rules:
1. Eligibility: Any artist that is over 18 years of age and from any nationality and place of residence can participate in the competition.
2. Entry requirements: Up to two entries can be submitted per participant. Both entries must have a theme that is sports-related. The entries can done using any technique. The entries cannot have won prizes in other competitions.
3. Presentation of entries and deadlines
Participants can choose to present their entries in the following ways:
a) Digital format By using the form available at: www.ufec.cat/concurs (submitted entries must have a quality of at least 4 MB).
b) Original work

Include a photocopy of your DNI, NIE or passport that verifies your identity. You’ll also need to include:
1. Inscription form (see annex I)
2. Authorisation for us to disseminate the images and your cessation of rights (annex II)
For entries sent via post the date on the stamp will be what’s taken into account. It needs to be a date before the deadline. We’ll email the participant to confirm that the work has been received when it arrives.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting entries is between 1st March and 31st July at 15:00, 2015.
The organisation (UFEC – the Sports Federation Union of Catalonia) is not responsible for delays generated at customs. Entries will be excluded if they don’t arrive before the deadline, regardless of delays at customs or paperwork involved in sending art from one country to another.
4. Prizes:There’ll be three prizes: a first-place prize of 1,500€ and two runner-up prizes of 1,000€ each. Any taxes due will be applied to the prizes. The winner and the runner-ups will each receive a diploma as well.

REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
TOPIC
MEDIEVAL BULGARIA – A BRIDGE BETWEEN ETHNICITIES AND CULTURES
The aim of organizers is through the media of comics as a link between literature, fine art, animation, cinema and caricature to unify and stimulate various art communities in the field of comics and visual arts.
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES: The contest is carried out in two categories: traditional comics and blitzanimation.
Anyone aged 18 + of any nationality of any profession may participate.
1/ Traditional comics category: Number of artworks participating: Authors are allowed to send up to 3 graphic works, four copies each.
Pages: Maximum 6 pages. The number of each page must be put at the back of it.
Format: Format of artwork must be А3 or А4.
Technique: Any
Plot: Artwork plot must be complete within the number of pages sent.
2/ Blitzanimation category
Minimum film duration: 30 seconds
Maximum film duration: 60 seconds
Technique: free: puppet, classical, 3D animation
Format: HD
Synopsys of film up to 500 symbols; three digital advertisement film photo shoots.

Right of ownership, rights for use and publication of artworks participating in the competition
The artworks sent become property of the Regional Library Lyuben Karavelov Ruse and are not returned to their respective authors. They become part of the permanent exhibition Museum of the Comics, and Regional Library Lyuben Karavelov Ruse acquires following and simultaneously with the right of ownership any other rights on the artworks as stated in the provisions in the LARRR , including the right to freely use and give publicity of artworks in the context of the cultural policy of the institution without the express permission by the respective author and without any obligation to pay whatever remuneration to the author. Participation is regarded as an acceptance of this present Regulations by any author, and by lying their signature on the Application form they certifies the free and not deadline burdened transfer of rights on artwork sent for the benefit of the Library.

The Barakaldo 2015 Biennial XIIIth International Graphic Humour Contest on "New Technologies" |

FIRST:To pass the public announcement of the 13th International Graphic Humour contest on new Technologies –Barakaldo Hermes Prize 2015, which is an officialannouncement regulated by the guidelines established in the regulations of the BarakaldoCultural Competitions, published in the Official Biscayan Bulletin on February 12th, 2010.
SECOND:The budgetary limit for the aforementioned is set at four thousand five hundred Euros (4.500 €) charged against the Budget allocation 00700 33000 4810300, to face the obligations derived from the prizes to grant, in compliance with rules established under Article 7 of the regulation, prizes awarded will be as follows:First Prize – 1.500 €, Second Prize –1.000 €, Third Prize – 800 €, Fourth Prize – 700 €and Fifth Prize – 500 €.
THIRD:Legal regulations which the competition will adhere to are as follows:
1. OBJECT: Sketchers will send in a scene depicting graphic humour relating to new technologies which impacts on daily life (INTERNET, BIOLOGY, SPACE, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, MEDICINE, ETC...) and which allows the citizens to reflect on new spheres of scientific progress. It can also be vignettes depicting geek attitudes generated by users of social networks or taking part in Web 2.0.
2. CONTESTANTS: Anyone who so desires may take part with no age restrictions. Each contestant may submit up to three pieces of work. Anyone who was a Hermes prize-winner at the previous year’s renewal will not be allowed to submit entries to this year’s official announcement.
3. CATEGORY AND FORMAT: Scenes and characters must be the personal creation of the author and unpublished.Work can be submitted either in black and white or in colour. Works must not exceed a single page, with a format not exceeding 800x600 or 600x800 pixels, with a minimum resolution 72dpi. None the less it will be convenient to carry out the work initially on an A-3 or A4 format and 300dpi resolution, horizontally or vertically.
4. LANGUAGES: Works may be labelled in Spanish or Basque. It is permissible to enter humorous scenes without text written for those artists from different linguistic and geographical backgrounds.
5. PRESENTATION: The participants will register in the web page of the contest and will insert later on their work in format JPG.
6. SUBMISSION PLACE AND DEADLINE: Works containing the author’s details should be sent exclusively through the web page: www.barakaldo.org/hermes before October 14th 2015.
7. VIRTUAL EXHIBITION: Presentation of works will imply the granting of permission to the Local Council for thereproduction of images entered, for purely exhibition purposes only. Any such exhibition of the works does not mean that financial benefit will accrue to the authors of the illustrations. The winning artworks and other selected illustrations will be exhibited in the Virtual Museum established for that purpose, by the City of Barakaldo. This city launched a specialized website as an expression of the different subjects on which contestants have been providing creative illustrations with an humorous consideration.
8. PREMIOS: The awarding of the Hermes de Barakaldo prize carries a financial reward amounting to 4.500 Euros and is divided into five categories: First Prize: 1.500 €, Second Prize: 1.000 €, Third Prize: 800 €, Fourth Prize: 700 € and Fifth Prize: 500 €. .
After the winners are notified individually, and by email, of the resolution, the winners of theses prizes will have a maximum three months term to supply their details to the awarding organisation in order for the prize to be transferred to them. Should the time period of three months since the first communication have already elapsed, without the relevant data having been supplied, it is understood that the winner of the prize will relinquish his/her right to the relevant prize and the corresponding illustration will likewise be withdrawn from any medium the local council has published it in.

9. JURY: Any of the prizes may be declared void if none of the works come up to the required minimum qualitative standards.
10. SELECTION CRITERIA: Prizes will be awarded according to the following criteria:
a.- Quality and artistic relevance of the work: 50 points.
b.- Adherence to the theme of the Competition and to the humorous language pertainingto it: 30 points.
c.- Social and cultural impact of the cartoon in relation to the thematic aspect set out regarding new technologies and their implications for everyday life: 20 points.
11. FURTHER POINTS: Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the rules and regulations as already laid down in the current Decree.
FOURTH: Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the competition rules system,through comparisons of the works presented, and through the establishment of priority criteria amongst them, in conformity with the already outlined criteria, and the awarding of the corresponding financial amounts in compliance with the same with limits as stated in the official announcement, not exceeding the available credit.
FIFTH: In order to analyse and evaluate the works presented, a Qualifying Panel or Jury will be convened, composed by Mr. Carlos Fernández Martínez Delegate-Councillor of Culture, Education, Basque Language, Sports, Youth and Quality who will assume the title of President of the said panel, and, Mr. Alfonso Berroya Elosua, Mr. Enrique Martínez-Inchausti, Mr. Juan García Cerrada, as people of renown prestige in the world of graphic humour and illustration, and Mr. Juan Manuel de Los Santos Aranaz, a Technician in the sphere of Culture, who will take part as Secretary.
SIXTH: The maximum allowable timescale for the resolution and notification of the prizes’ awarding procedure will be two months, starting from the closing date for the submission of entries.
SEVENTH: All interested parties will receive notification under terms outlined in Article 58 of the Law 30/1992, dated November 26th, of the Law Regulation of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedures.
EIGHTH: In case of any appeal against the decision, which exhausts the administrative procedures, an optional administrative reconsideration appeal may be lodged with the Council President to set aside the current resolution within a timeframe of one month starting from the day after the announcement of the results, alternatively an Administrative Reconsideration Appeal can be entered at the Court for Contentious Administrative Proceedings by virtue of the distribution of authority outlined in Articles 8 and 10 of the Law 29/1998, dated July 13th, which regulates the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction within a timeframe of two months, also commencing, like the previous, on the day after receipt of official notification. |

The Winners of HumoDEVA 2015 or THE FULL TRANSPARENCY
From the 1523 works received at first, 1113 preselected were exhibited on
this
gallery, HumoDEVA 2015. This first trial was performed by Horia CRISAN.
We announced the jury composition, all of the jurors being cartoonists: Borislav Stankovic, Serbia, cartoonist,Julian PENA-PAI,Bogdan PETRY, Liviu STANILA, Horia CRISA
They worked at home, no meetings or discussions among them, so they have made their own choice and only by personal opinion.
Initially, each juror has the right to choose as many works he considered good, among the 1113 from the public gallery. After putting together all those options, we obtained the first
241 pre selected for awards
discussion.
From the 241 cartoons, each jury member has to select his top 20 drawings, independently, each work receiving 1 vote (1 point). And the result was a restraint
gallery of 79 finalists .
Those finalists were presented to the public on BestCARTOONS.net and cartoonists of the world were invited to pronnounce about it, in a 10 days time, concerning possible fraude, plagiarism and/or similarities.
We received 7 works with similarity problems, every one of them was withdrawn from the prize
discussion. Click

The way of voting of each jury member is presented in this
table. As you can see, the selected works received votes from 1, 2 or 3 jurors (1, 2 or 3 points).
The prize giving criterias are explained on the ''J'' column of our table of contents .
So, the Prizes of HumoDEVA 2015 are:

| Meksika Büyükelçiliği'nce hazırlanan JOSE GUADALUPE POSADA SERGİSİ , 3 temmuz 2015 cuma günü saat 18.00 de Konak Belediyesi Neşe ve Karikatür Müzesi'nde düzenlenen kokteyl ile açıldı. Sergi açılışında Meksika Büyükelçisi Martha Barcena Coqui , Meksika İzmir Fahri Konsolosu Kemal Çolakoğlu, Konak Belediyesi Başkan Yardımcısı Hamit Mumcu,Konak Belediyesi Kültür Müdürü Salim Çetin, Neşe ve Karikatür Müzesi Müdürü Ferhan Baysoy'un yanı sıra İzmir'li karikatürcüler hazır bulundu. |

Guadalupe Posada: (1852-1913) Kariyerine 18 yaşında,
Trinidad Pedroza tarafından yayınlanan siyaset
dergisi “El Jicote” için çizimler yaparak başladı
ve burada taşbaskı resim eğitimi aldı.
Posada, “El Jicote”nin ilk sayısında,
eserlerinin simgesi olan ölüm temasını içeren ilk
eserini yayınladı.
1888 yılında Meksiko Şehrine yerleşmeye
karar verdi ve burada Antonio Vanegas Arroyo’nun atölyesine
katıldı. Bu dönemde Meksika’nın en önemli
grafikerlerinden biri oldu. Eserlerindeki konu çeşitliliği
ona “döneminin gazeteci grafikeri” ünvanını
kazandırdı.
Aynı dönemde, bugün sahip olduğu ulusal ve
uluslararası şöhreti ona kazandıran ünlü
kafataslarını tasarladı. Büyük bir çizer ve
yorulmak bilmeyen bir gravür ustası olan Jose Guadalupe
Posada 20 Ocak 1913 tarihinde Meksiko Şehrinde hayatını
kaybetti.
1912 yılında yaptığı ve son
eserlerinden biri olan “Calavera Garbancera” isimli ünlü
kafatası gravürü ölümünden on ay sonra yayınlandı.
1946 yılında Meksikalı ünlü ressam Diego
Rivera bu eseri “Calavera Catrina” ismi vererek “Sueńo
de una tarde dominical en la Alameda Central” (Alameda
Central’de bir Pazar Akşam Üstü Rüyası) isimli
kendi eserinde kullandı ve festivallerin vazgeçilmez
simgesi haline geldi.
100. YIL
2013 yılında ölümünün 100. yılında;
zamansal, coğrafi, ideolojik ve dilsel sınırları
aşarak evrensel bir kültür simgesi haline dönüşen
Jose Guadalupe Posada saygıyla anılıyor.
Çeşitli ülkelerde sergilenen “100. YIL JOSE GUADALUPE
POSADA” sergisi sanatçının geniş ve farklı
eserlerinin en güzel örneklerini içermektedir. Kafatası
gravürleri, efsanelerin ve trajedilerin grafiksel anlatımları,
dinsel ikonografiler ve popüler gösterilerin reklamları
aracılığıyla Posada, kahramanlarının
sosyal eleştiriyle beraber en derin insani duyguları
yansıttığı bir mitoloji yaratmayı başardı.
Meksikalı yazar Carlos Fuentes’in “Latin Amerika’nın
en iyi gravürcüsü” olarak tanımladığı
ve Meksika gravür sanatının yaratıcısı
olarak kabul edilen büyük sanatçı, Meksika Hükümetinin
katkılarıyla düzenlenen 100. YIL, JOSE GUADALUPE
POSADA sergisiyle anılıyor. |

21 Haziran 2015 Pazar günü Espark AVM yanındaki Tepebaşı Belediyesi Atila Özer Karikatürlü Ev' de saat 14.00 te açılan sergi 26 Haziran 2015 Cuma gününe kadar açık kalacak. Sanatseverler 22 Haziran - 26 Haziran tarihlerinde 09.00 - 12.00 / 13.00 - 18.00 saatleri arasında sergiyi gezebilecekler. Kalabalık bir sanatsever topluluğu ile açılan sergide142 karikatür yer aldı.

Annual Cartoon Contest – Rules and regulation 2015
1. Participation: All contestants will be admitted with no distinction made regarding nationality or age.
There are two categories:
Youth category up to 15 years inclusive;
Adult category: 16 years and older.
Both professional and non-professional cartoonists are allowed to participate in this
contest.
2. Theme: The main theme is ‘Energy, yesterday, today, tomorrow’. Also this year Amnesty
International offers a special prize to the best cartoon with theme ‘Right to Asylum
for everyone’.
More information about this theme is to be found in annex to this regulation.
3. Entries:
Contributions have to be digital works, in black and white or colour. They shouldn’t
contain an explanation of the drawing.
The digital works has to be sent in JPEG format with a minimum of resolution of
300 dpi.
Dimensions including any passe-partout 21 x 30 cm (A4).
Number of entries per contestant: maximum five for each theme.
You have to record your contact details through the (digital) entry form you can find
on www.olen.be (search: kartoenale).
The originals of the rewarded cartoons will be asked and must be sent to
Community Olen, Dorp 1, 2250 Olen, Belgium within 2 days after the request of
the organization.
4. Property rights Prize-winning works will become the property of the organizer or theme sponsor. All
works selected may be used by the organizers to promote the contest and the village
of Olen.
5. Evaluation: The jury consists of artists, cartoonists and laymen. Decisions made by the jury cannot
be challenged.
6. Catalogue/Cartoon book: Selected works will be considered for inclusion in a catalogue. The authors of these
works will receive a free copy of the catalogue during the prize ceremony or it will be
send afterwards by mail.
7. Deadline: 15 September 2015
The deadline is 15 september 2015. The entry form and the cartoon(s) must be sent
at the same time to digital kartoenale@olen.be.
8. Prizes:
For the adult category: 1st prize: 1500 euro, 2nd prize: 500 euro,
3rd prize: 400 euro, 4th prize: 300 euro, 5th prize: 200 euro
For the youth category: 1st prize: 200 euro, 2nd prize: 175 euro,
3rd prize: 150 euro, 4th prize: 100 euro
Prize of the city of Bialogard (only for Polish participants): 200 euro
Special prize: ‘Right to Asylum for everyone’: 350 euro
9. Prize Ceremony and Exhibition: The prize ceremony will take place at Friday 13 November 2015 at approximately 20.00
h in the council room of the town hall of Olen, Dorp 1, 2250 Olen. Every participating

Energy is a basic need that determines how we fill in our lives and shaping our lives.
But the way we achieves energy is evolving quickly. So also our life.
How does energy colour our lives formerly, how does this happen today and how will
this happen (the day after) tomorrow?
Energy, life itself is energy.
It burns, flows, blows, cooks, glows, vibrates, undulates in an endless evolution on
wich life sometimes fluctuates. It is a perpetuum mobile of emergence and extinction
in interdependence and necessity.
Man taps energy in countless variations, depending on the insights of science and
technology. He distributes energy and uses it as far back as the adventure of the
human kind started in the East African Rift.
Today we overshoot the atmosphere, beyond the limits of our solar system and
tomorrow maybe, we find the way and the energy to a new dimension or a wormholethrough time.

The International jury will make a selection out of submitted cartoons which is to be exhibited and published in the Salon’s
catalog. Besides, the following prices are to be awarded:
The Grand Prix «The Peace Messanger» and 1.500 euros prize is to be awarded by the International Association of Peace Messanger Cities
The Gold Plague and 1.000 euros prize
The Silver Plague and 800 euros prize
The Bronze Plague and 500 euros prize
The Mayor of Bydgoszcz (Poland) Award, amounts 750 euros
The City of Ingolstadt (Germany) Award, amounts 500 euros
The City of BielskoBiala (Poland) Award, amounts 500 euros

The Jury might additionally award several diplomas to close
contenders.
Cartoonists and fine artists from all over the world have the right to
participate. They should submit at most three (3) cartoons, which have not been awarded by any other international
competition, on the subjects of antiwar as well as solidarity between people and
nations. The artworks should be utmost A4A3 formated, while art technique is at the artist’s
choice, including electronical version of the cartoon with the original
signature. On the back of the artwork there should be written data on the artist
(such as: name, surname, address, phone/fax, email).
Every selected entrant will receive free catalogue.
The submission deadline is September 11, 2015. The jury session is to be held on September 1213, 2015.

Submitted artworks are not to be returned, they remain in the Salon’s

NOTE: The International Antiwar Cartoon Salon had so far the strongest international promotion and
afirmation. On the occasion of the award ceremony the prizes were handed over and the exhibition was opened in
Kragujevac.
Afterwards, the Salon exhibition displays in many cities and international organuzations all over the
world. The Salon exhibition was displayed at the United Nations Palace in New York, in the European Commission Charlemagne building
showroom. Then, the chosen artworks at the 17th Salon were exhibited in
Kragujevac, polish cities of Oswiecim (Auschwitz), Bidgoszcz,
Plonsk, Wielun, Torun, Pitesti (Romania), Ingolstadt (Germany) and New Haven
(USA).
Again, the Salon has got the invitation to set the show in Novi Pazar
(Sebia), Suresnes (France) and Carrara (Italy).

RIDE"2015
1 - THEME: Pro Castello di Caneva promotes the international award Caneva Ride! (Caneva Laughs!) for humoristic sketches and satirical costume about the theme Like cats and dogs... friends and foes.
2 - PARTECIPATION: The award is open to all cartoonists of the world from 16 years old. Participants can apply individually or in groups (in case of several authors, the referent for all communications with the award’s promoters shall be indicated).
3 - TECHNIQUES: Up to three unpublished works, realized by any technique, color or black and white, which haven’t been awarded in other prizes. The maximum format shall be A4 (21 X 29.7 cm).
4 - DEADLINE: Works shall be submitted within 24:00 of 27th June 2015 at the address
canevaridecontest@gmail.com
, as a .jpg, .tiff or .pdf file with resolution of 300 dpi, and report all personal data (first name, surname, complete address, phone number, in case of minors the name of one parent authorizing the participation). Every single file shall not exceed 5 MB. If more than one single work is submitted, then send each by single mail.

Milko Minchev Dikov is a Bulgarian
artist-cartoonist, illustrator and producer of animated
films.
At the age of 17 he arrived in Sofia to take private lessons in drawing to Eli
Beshkov. The following year was admitted to VIII "Nikolay
Pavlovich", but because of bad grades is off after the first
year. Over the next few years working in a factory of "Elprom" and was taken to the labor service of the bridge
construction. However it does not stop painting.
From 1954 to 1960 should again at the Academy, majoring in ceramics in the class of professor Stoyan
Raynov. In 1959, he printed its first newspaper cartoon
"Hornet" and won his first cartoon contest. |

1963 collaborates regularly in various newspapers and
magazines with cartoons without words. Participates in
national and international exhibitions of caricature.

Gerekçe: Veteriner Hekim Serdar SAYAR; Karikatür sanatı alanında ulusal ve uluslar arası başarılar elde ederek Veteriner Hekimlik mesleğinin toplumda tanınmasına katkı sağlamıştır. Veteriner Hekimlerin, hekimlik yanında sanatta da başarılı olacağını göstermiş olması sebebi ile Türk Veteriner Hekimleri Birliği tarafından yapılan değerlendirme sonucu Veteriner Hekim Serdar SAYAR "2015 yılı TVHB Hizmet Ödül" üne layık görülmüştür.

Sayarı: 1965 yılında Adana’da doğdu. Selçuk Üniversitesi Veteriner fakültesini 1989 yılında bitirdi. Konya'nın Ilgın ilçesinde 2 yıl klinik çalıştırdı. İstanbul'da beşeri ilaç firmasında 2 yıl çalıştı. Yem sanayinde bulundu. Teknik müdürlük ve üst düzey yöneticilik yaptı.
Adana forum ve Adana VHO sitesinde mesleki konularda yazı yazmakta. Pet sağlık dergisi PETİNFO 'nun ekim-kasım 2009 sayısında ve PET HABER gazetesi eylül 2013 Makalesi bulunmakta. Petshop gerçeğinde yazıları yayınlanıyor. Adana Başkent radyosunda 'sevimli dostlarımız' isimli programda konuşmacı olarak görev yapmıştır.
Sanat hayatında ilk başarısını Adana valiliğinin açmış olduğu karikatür yarışmasında 1. olarak elde etti. Mimar Sinan üniversitesi iç mimari bölümüne kontenjandan gösterilmesine rağmen gidemedi.
Gırgır dergisinde 9 yıl karikatürleri yayınlandı. Eserleri ulusal ve uluslararası bienallerde, sergilerde ve kataloglarda yer aldı. On iki ödülü uluslararası olmak üzere toplam 22 ödül kazandı.
Adana'da yaşayan ve Denizpet veteriner kliniğinde çalışmakta olan sayın Sayar Deniz ve Güneş isimli iki kız çocuğu var. |

Koraman'ı 30 Mayıs 2015 günü saat 19.00 sıralarında
kaybettik. 87 yaşında aramızdan ayrılan Bedri Koraman'ın
bir süredir sağlık sorunları vardı.Bedri Koraman, eşi Nil Koraman ile yaşadığı Bodrum Torba Mahallesi'ndeki evinde 13 Mayıs
2015 sabahı ayağının takılması sonucu dengesini kaybedip yere düşmüş
ve başını zemine çarpan Koraman, ambulansla Özel Bodrum Hastanesi'ne kaldırılmıştı. Tetkiklerinde beyninde ödem oluştuğu tespit edilen Koraman, tedaviye altındaydı.
Bunun yanısıra Akciğer kanseri nedeniyle hastanede tedavisi süren Koraman dün evine çıkmıştı..Koraman'ın aile doktoru Necmi Cavlı, Koraman'ın terminal dönem akciğer kanseri ve buna bağlı solunum ve kalp rahatsızlığı nedeniyle vefat ettiğini söyledi.Bodrum Belediyesi Mezarlıklar Müdürlüğüne getirilen Koraman'ın cenazesinin, 2 Haziran
2015 Salı günü TorbaMahallesinde toprağa verileceği öğrenildi. |

Koraman: 1945'te öğrenim için geldiği İstanbul'da bir süre İstanbul Devlet Güzel Sanatlar Akademisi'nde Cemal Tollu atölyesinde eğitim gördü.1945'ten başlayarak illüstrasyon ressamı ve karikatürcü olarak Babıali'ye girdi. Karikatür çizmeye 1947'de Çocuk Âlemi dergisinde başladı. 41 Buçuk, Tef, Taş, Karikatür gibi mizah dergilerinde çizdi. 1951'de Deve, daha sonra Gölge adlı mizah dergilerini çıkardı. 1954'te Milliyet gazetesinde çalışmaya başladı. Özellikle 1960'lı yıllarda aynı gazetede yayımlanan ve Cicican adıyla sinemaya da aktarılan "Cici Can" adlı çizgi romanı geniş ilgi topladı. Ayrıca Cemkurt ve Tekir Hafiye adlı resimli romanları çizdi. Kurucuları arasında
yer aldığı Kare Ajans'ta canlandırma filmleri yaptı. 1970'lerde Abdi İpekçi'nin isteğiyle, Milliyet'in birinci sayfasında, gazetenin o günkü en önemli haberini tamamlayan ve resim yanı ağır basan renkli karikatürler çizmeye başladı; bu çalışmaları büyük ilgi gördü. 18 Kasım 1978'de uğradığı bir silahlı saldırıdan yara almadan kurtuldu.
1982'de Güneş gazetesine geçtiyse de 1985'te Milliyet'e döndü. Günlük karikatürleri dışında gazetenin hafta sonu ekleri için özel karikatür-öykü sayfaları hazırladı. Yıllarca çalıştığı Milliyet gazetesinden ayrıldıktan sonra, Sabah gazetesinin Pazar ekinde, "Çizgi Dünyası" başlığı altında tam sayfa karikatürler çizdi.
Yassıada Yargılamalarını izleyip karikatüre dökerek muhabir-karikatürcü tipinin ilk örneklerinden biri oldu. 1970'lerde parti kurultaylarını, seçim gezilerini izleyip gazetede bantlar halinde yayımlayarak bu çalışmalarını sürdürdü. Siyasi karikatürlerinin bir kısmını içeren Siyaset Arenası adlı bir kitabı olan Bedri Koraman, İtalya Marostica, Yugoslavya Üsküp'te ve Saraybosna'da özel ödüller kazandı. Türkiye Spor Yazarları Derneği'nin Spor karikatürleri Yarışması'nda birincilik ve ikincilik ödülleri aldı, ayrıca ortak sergi ve albümlere katıldı. 1986'da merkezi Brezilya'da bulunan Internacional dos Jornalistas adlı basın kuruluşuna onur üyesi seçildi.
Karikatürcüler Derneği Genel Başkanlığı yaptı.

Friends! The officials from the Warsaw City Hall have decided to close down the Museum of Caricature Warsaw and change it into a department of the Museum of Warsaw. It is like the football club Manchester United was to be merged together with Manchester City, so that the administration would be easier, or to mix salt and pepper together not to have to season the same dish twice. This action is detrimental to the Polish and European cultural heritage. There is no substantial evidence that this kind of merger is necessary. Let’s say “no” to this thoughtless decision. Dear friends,
my retrospective exhibition at the Holstohus Kulturhus in Olst was an unexpected succes. Even the barbill was great. I would like to thank everybody who was there, even those who couldn’t join for whatever reason, for their entousiasm and positive vibrations. A) Only one unpublished Cartoon is to be sent as e-mail attachment. (Don't send previously awarded cartoon)
B) The e-mail should also have Full Name and Complete Postal Address of the participant in CAPITAL LETTERS.

8. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:
A) Once sent, the works belong to the organizing committee. It can be published, distributed or used for promotional purpose in future.
B) Cartoons should be downloadable and clear. Committee would not be responsible in situations like net-failure, undownloadable cartoon etc.
It is therefore advised to keep the file small.
C) Plagiarism, if detected, the entry will be summarily rejected or even the diploma would be withdrawn, if awarded.
D) In case of a dispute, decision of the Committee would be final. The committee reserves all rights to cancel or modify any of the rules/conditions.
Participants are considered to have accepted all the conditions and are aware that their submissions may be reprinted and used without future monetary compensation.

REGULATIONS:
ART. 1 - SCOPE
The Municipality of Tolentino convenes and organises the 28th International Biennial Exhibition of Humour in Art – a prize contest focused on satire.
The contest is divided into two sections: - 'City of Tolentino Award' - for satirical art on the theme of Die laughing
- 'Luigi Mari Award' for caricatures of illustrious figures.
The contest comprises:
- a selection of works sorted out by a qualified jury later to be displayed at the 28th International Exhibition of Humour in Art, that will run in Tolentino from August 27 through September 27 2015;
- a prize awarding event;
- publication of a complimentary catalogue that will be presented to the authors of the exhibited works.
ART. 2 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The contest is open to contemporary artists of any nationality and any age, who are allowed to enter a maximum of three works which must be unreleased and authentic, free in size and technique, and performed in whatever form of visual art, material and support – pictorial, graphics, sculpture and installation, photography and video.
ART. 3 - DEADLINE
The deadline to enter the contest is May 27th 2015, by which time all entries will have to have been sent to the address below:

After having filled out and signed the entry form, the contestants are requested to attach it to their works prior to shipment. Artworks must be authentically signed and provided with the special coupon. The works must be shipped carriage free - they will only be accepted on condition that they are not subject to any taxes or customs fees - the local municipality will not bear any fees due.
ART. 4 – JURY
Admission of the works, their selection for display, and the awarding of prizes are exclusive competence of the jury nominated by the Municipality of Tolentino in consultation with the Artistic Director. The jury's decision is final and irrevocable.
ART. 5 – AWARDS
The Jury will award below prizes:
'City of Tolentino International Award' for satirical art on the theme of Die laughing
1st money prize - € 2.000,00 will be awarded to the winner of the 2015 Exhibition. In case of a tie, the prize money awarded will be split among the winners.
2nd Prize - Commendation
3rd Prize - Commendation
'Luigi Mari Award' for caricatures of illustrious figures
1st Prize - Commendation
Audience Award - It's a special commendation awarded to a work that gets the most public appreciation among those on display, based on the preferences shown by the visitors.
Other special commendations may possibly be awarded by the jury.
ART. 6 - RETURN OF WORKS
The prize winning works will not be returned, they shall remain the property of the Municipality of Tolentino and will become part of the collection of MIUMOR - the International Museum of Humour in Art. As clearly shown on the coupon, the works that are expressly donated by the artist shall remain the property of the Municipality of Tolentino, that is entitled to make a discretionary use of them. The works not expressly donated can be collected from the MIUMOR by March 31, 2016 personally by the artist or their delegate; alternatively they can be returned, not earlier than the thirtieth day after the scheduled closing date of the Exhibition, unless extended, if specifically indicated on the coupon attached to the work.
ART. 7 - LIABILITY
The Municipality of Tolentino, in its capacity as organizer of the event, pledges to the greatest care, custody and supervision over the length of time they will be at the venue of the Biennial Exhibition and during transportation, but declines all responsibility for theft, fire, damage or loss that may occur as a result of any unforseen causes.
ART. 8 - USE AND REPRODUCTION OF WORKS
Contestants allow the Municipality the right to reproduce any of the selected works free of charge for publication in the official catalogue of the Exhibition, in as many copies as the Municipality shall deem appropriate, including publication on the website and any other form of communication and promotion.
The City is authorized to publish the works on any support, even for commercial purposes. In case of reproductions, the author will be mentioned in the habitual ways. The author allows free use of their work for popularisation, cultural and recreational purposes, as well as for public enjoyment. The author must expressly renounce all rights to any compensation.
ART. 9 - CONSENT
Contestants expressly authorize the Municipality of Tolentino to process the personal data in its possession in accordance with the personal data protection law, so as to include them in databases operated directly by the local administration or a third party appointed by it. As organizer of the 28th Biennial Exhibition, the Municipality is entitled to adopt final decisions on all matters not mentioned in these Regulations. These are published on the website www.biennaleumorismo.it in Italian, English, French and Spanish. In case of controversy, the Italian text shall prevail.
Participation in the 28th International Biennial Exhibition of Humour in Art implies unconditional acceptance of all items contained herein.

The BARAKALDO 2015 Biennial
XIII. International Graphic Humour Contest On "New Technologies" /

FIRST: To pass the public announcement of the 13th International Graphic Humour contest on new Technologies –Barakaldo Hermes Prize 2015, which is an officialannouncement regulated by the guidelines established in the regulations of the BarakaldoCultural Competitions, published in the Official Biscayan Bulletin on February 12th, 2010.
SECOND: The budgetary limit for the aforementioned is set at four thousand five hundred Euros (4.500 €) charged against the Budget allocation 00700 33000 4810300, to face the obligations derived from the prizes to grant, in compliance with rules established under Article 7 of the regulation, prizes awarded will be as follows:First Prize – 1.500 €, Second Prize –1.000 €, Third Prize – 800 €, Fourth Prize – 700 €and Fifth Prize – 500 €.
THIRD: Legal regulations which the competition will adhere to are as follows:
1. OBJECT: Sketchers will send in a scene depicting graphic humour relating to new technologies which impacts on daily life (INTERNET, BIOLOGY, SPACE, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, MEDICINE, ETC...) and which allows the citizens to reflect on new spheres of scientific progress. It can also be vignettes depicting geek attitudes generated by users of social networks or taking part in Web 2.0.
2. CONTESTANTS : Anyone who so desires may take part with no age restrictions. Each contestant may submit up to three pieces of work. Anyone who was a Hermes prize-winner at the previous year’s renewal will not be allowed to submit entries to this year’s official announcement.
3. CATEGORY AND FORMAT
Scenes and characters must be the personal creation of the author and unpublished.Work can be submitted either in black and white or in colour. Works must not exceed a single page, with a format not exceeding 800 x 600 pixels per inch, with a minimum resolution 72dpi. None the less it will be convenient to carry out the work initially on an A-3or A4 format and 300dpi resolution, horizontally or vertically.
4. LANGUAGES: Works may be labelled in Spanish or Basque. It is permissible to enter humorous scenes without text written for those artists from different linguistic and geographical backgrounds.
5. PRESENTATION: The participants will register in the web page of the contest and will insert later on their work in format JPG.
6. SUBMISSION PLACE AND DEADLINE: Works containing the author’s details should be sent exclusively through the web page: www.barakaldo.org/hermes before October 14th 2015.
7. VIRTUAL EXHIBITION: Presentation of works will imply the granting of permission to the Local Council for thereproduction of images entered, for purely exhibition purposes only. Any such exhibition of the works does not mean that financial benefit will accrue to the authors of the illustrations. The winning artworks and other selected illustrations will be exhibited in the Virtual Museum established for that purpose, by the City of Barakaldo. This city launched a specialized website as an expression of the different subjects on which contestants have been providing creative illustrations with an humorous consideration.
8. PREMIOS: The awarding of the Hermes de Barakaldo prize carries a financial reward amounting to 4.500 Euros and is divided into five categories: First Prize: 1.500 €, Second Prize: 1.000 €, Third Prize: 800 €, Fourth Prize: 700 € and Fifth Prize: 500 €. .
After the winners are notified individually, and by email, of the resolution, the winners of theses prizes will have a maximum three months term to supply their details to the awarding organisation in order for the prize to be transferred to them. Should the time period of three months since the first communication have already elapsed, without the relevant data having been supplied, it is understood that the winner of the prize will relinquish his/her right to the relevant prize and the corresponding illustration will likewise be withdrawn from any medium the local council has published it in.

9. JURY: Any of the prizes may be declared void if none of the works come up to the required minimum qualitative standards.
10. SELECTION CRITERIA
Prizes will be awarded according to the following criteria:
a.- Quality and artistic relevance of the work: 50 points.
b.- Adherence to the theme of the Competition and to the humorous language pertainingto it: 30 points.
c.- Social and cultural impact of the cartoon in relation to the thematic aspect set out regarding new technologies and their implications for everyday life: 20 points.
11. FURTHER POINTS
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the rules and regulations as already laid down in the current Decree.
FOURTH: Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the competition rules system,through comparisons of the works presented, and through the establishment of priority criteria amongst them, in conformity with the already outlined criteria, and the awarding of the corresponding financial amounts in compliance with the same with limits as stated in the official announcement, not exceeding the available credit.
FIFTH: In order to analyse and evaluate the works presented, a Qualifying Panel or Jury will be convened, composed by Mr. Carlos Fernández Martínez Delegate-Councillor of Culture, Education, Basque Language, Sports, Youth and Quality who will assume the title of President of the said panel, and, Mr. Alfonso Berroya Elosua, Mr. Enrique Martínez-Inchausti, Mr. Juan García Cerrada, as people of renown prestige in the world of graphic humour and illustration, and Mr. Juan Manuel de Los Santos Aranaz, a Technician in the sphere of Culture, who will take part as Secretary.
SIXTH: The maximum allowable timescale for the resolution and notification of the prizes’ awarding procedure will be two months, starting from the closing date for the submission of entries.
SEVENTH: All interested parties will receive notification under terms outlined in Article 58 of the Law 30/1992, dated November 26th, of the Law Regulation of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedures.
EIGHTH: In case of any appeal against the decision, which exhausts the administrative procedures, an optional administrative reconsideration appeal may be lodged with the Council President to set aside the current resolution within a timeframe of one month starting from the day after the announcement of the results, alternatively an Administrative Reconsideration Appeal can be entered at the Court for Contentious Administrative Proceedings by virtue of the distribution of authority outlined in Articles 8 and 10 of the Law 29/1998, dated July 13th, which regulates the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction within a timeframe of two months, also commencing, like the previous, on the day after receipt of official
notification. |

The General Foundation of the University of Alcalá, through the Instituto Quevedo del humor announces the XXII International Exhibition of Arts of Humor around the subject “We are different, we are equal. Freedom, respect and equality”. There will be more information about the subject in the website.
1 Participation is open to all the persons older than 18.
2 In order to participate in the Exhibition, every artist must send a piece on the theme “We are different, we are equal.
Freedom, respect and equality”. It can be a vignette, a comic strip or a caricature. Together with the piece, the authors must send the filled formulary attached to these requirements, that can also be found and sent online (www.miah.iqh.es). The organization reserves the right to invite those authors that the organization members agree to consider important for the exhibition.
3 The works must be original and must be signed. They can be made with any technique and in any format, with maximum dimensions of A3 (297x420 mm). For digital works, they must be made in formats JPG or TIFF with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and they must be sent to miah@iqh.es or to the online form.
4 All pieces will be sent properly wrapped. It is recommended to protect them with flat cardboard. The organization won't take responsibility on any possible damage occurred during transportation. All shipping charges will be at the participant's expense.
5 All art pieces will be sent before May 30, 2015, by mail, online form, or to the following address:

6 A Selection Comission will carry out a selection of the pieces submitted, that will be exhibited in the XXII Internacional Exhibition of the Arts of Humor in september november 2014.
7 All pieces submitted will be kept at the Graphic HumourArchives of the General Foundation of the University of Alcalá, except specific indication to the contrary, for which the artist must write on the reverse of the piece “Devolución”. The authors who want a donation certificate must write "Certificado" on the reverse of the piece.
8 The submission of the piece means that the author authorizes the General Foundation of the University of Alcalá to reproduce it and exhibit it, as long as the name of the artist is displayed and the objective is the media coverage of the Exhibition and the rest of activities of the General Foundation of the University of Alcalá within the field of Graphic Humour and/or of this call (edition of catalogues, posters, leaflets, media coverage, web page, etc.), and in any case it generates any type of obligation on the author's part.
9 The organization will communicate through the Exhibition web page the list of participants with submitted piece and the list of selected pieces.
10 At the end of the exhibition in Alcalá, those people with selected pieces will receive a copy of the catalogue, which will be edited to mark the celebration of the Exhibition.
11 The organization reserves the right to not exhibit those pieces considered to infringe individual or collective rights.
12 The participants will be responsible before any claim on the authorship of the works. The organization will not be responsible before any claim made by a third party upon the violation of intellectual rights or property of the works.
13 The participation on this Exhibition means the acceptance of these conditions of entry. |

A competition will take place during the
exhibition. The best works will be awarded. The awards will
include: 1st prize, Visitors’ award and four more. All participants whose works will be exhibited will receive a Digital Certificate of
Participation.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
. The cartoons must be black and white or in color.
. Each participant may present up to 3 works (size A3).
. Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
. It would be preferable that the work should not contain any text or
comments. In case they do, the English or Greek language should definitely be
included.
. The use of collage is prohibited.
. The works must be sent via e-mail.
. The works that the Artistic Committee will judge that have been copied from other
cartoonists’ works will be disqualified.
. The works should not have been exhibited before.
. The works should not have offensive content.
. A short CV, the e-mail address, Skype account (if available), and the postal address of each participant is
required.
. All participating works may be exhibited in a touring exhibition in Greece or
abroad.
EXHIBITION
. Up to 200 works will be exhibited and evaluated by the Artistic
Committee.
. The prizes will be decided by the Artistic Committee.
. Eminent experts from the world of Letters and Arts will make up the
Committee.
RIGHTS
. The works may be used in the advertising campaign of the exhibition. On no account should works or copies be
sold. Commercial exploitation of part or the whole exhibition is
prohibited.
. Participating artists will not receive any kind of payment for their
participation.
. Copyright of the exhibition belongs to the organizers.
. Participants will receive a digital catalogue of the exhibition.
. Participation in the exhibition implies full acceptance of all the above
terms.
A new announcement will be made to offer information about the
prizes.
The Artistic Committee members’ names will be announced
soon.

| Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliği Karikatür Sergisi Ankara’da Çağdaş Sanatlar Merkezi’nde açıldı. Sergi Uçan Süpürge Yönetim Kurulu üyesi Dr.Berrin Balay Tuncer’in açılış konuşmasıyla başladı. Balay konuşmasında Bu yıl 18.si düzenlenen Kadın Filmleri Festivali kapsamında Türkiye’de ilk defa toplumsal cinsiyet konulu böylesi geniş katılımlı bir sergi gerçekleştirdiklerini vurgulayarak mutluğunu dile getirdi. Sonrasında sözü alan Obur Mizah Kurucu Editörü Emre Yılmaz, Obur Mizah Dergisi olarak Uçan Süpürge ile ortaklaşa çok önemli bir sergi gerçekleştirdiklerini ve serginin sorunun çözümünde faydası olmasını gönülden dilediğini belirtti. Sergiye 35 ülkeden 400 karikatürün yollandığını, fakat mekan ve basılan derginin kapasitesini göz önüne alarak 100 karikatürden oluşan bir seçki sunduklarını söyleyerek sergiye katılan izleyicilere ve serginin oluşmasını sağlayan tüm katılımcı karikatüristlere teşekkür etti. Sergi açılışına Uçan Süpürge Yönetim kurulu ve çalışanları, karikatüristler, yönetmenler, oyuncular ve festival izleyicileri yoğun ilgi gösterdi. Sergi 18 Mayıs tarihine kadar Çağdaş Sanatlar Merkezi’nde izlenebilir. |

This year we have many innovations as the creation of the cartoon category and the presence of Baptistăo caricaturist, which will be one of the judges and will be present at the opening of the hall, July 19. REGULATION Medplan HALL 2015
1- REGISTRATION: 07 April to 14 June 2015.
The 7th Medplan Humor Exhibition is open to all graphic artists, in the modalities charge and / or cartoon and caricature. The opening of the hall will be July 19, with the announcement of winners. Each artist can enroll with the maximum of five (5) new works in 30x40 cm format and using any technique. On the back of each picture, or e-mail must include the author's full name, address, email, phone, ID number, social security number and bank account. The artist can participate by sending their work through the website www.medplan.com.br, (with a maximum of 3 megabytes) or directly to the
salaodehumor@medplan.com.br email (putting in the mail the requested data) or sending the original to:

cartoon. Their cartoons were true x-rays of the facts and of the
individuals. It was pioneer of the graphic publicity in
Colombia. |

The Festival is an event sponsored by the municipal administration of Rionegro during twenty one serial years in memory of Ricardo Rendón Bravo.
The Festival, only in the history of the country for their trajectory and continuity; he has allowed to look at the perception of authors of but of 90 countries, main characters of the changes and experiences of the towns that contribute to the humanity's growth with the same humour. The laughing thought and its universal language, caricature is the most effective weapon against the thought that does not laugh.
It is a dream and an universal yearning to erase frontiers so territorial as ideological that prevent us to live in harmony and to visualize the light of the freedom as principle of peace and coexistence.
THE CONDITIONS :
1) The contest is open to all cartoonists all over the world.
2) The deadline for entries is September 5 (Saturday) – 2015
3) The themes of the competition are Three:
1. THE LIGHT, AND TECHNOLOGY BASED ON THE LIGHT: On the recommendation of UNESCO, the United Nations General Assembly meeting in May 2013, declared 2015 as the International Year of Light and technologies based on it (2015 - The International Year of Light and the Light-based Technologies).
2. PERSONALITIES : Scientists: Abu Hasan Ibn Al Haytam (Alhazen), Augustin–Jean Fresnel, James Clerk Maxwell, Albert Einstein, Charles Kao.
3. FREE.
4) Each participant can present in the competition a maximum of Three cartoons for theme.
5) You can participate with cartoons in white and black or in color.
6) The size of cartoons will not exceed 30 x 40 cms maximum.
7) You can also participate in the competition with cartoons that have already been published or rewarded previously, all the presented cartoons will be original. Photographs, photocopies etc, will not be accepted, and the transport of the cartoons in charge of the participant.
8) Participants are requested to send, together with their cartoons, a short curriculum vitae and a photograph.
9) In the reverse of each cartoon he/she should go the name, surname, address, telephone number and country of origin of the participant.
10) The selected Caricaturist will receive free a catalogue.
11) The jury composed of Colombian and foreign cartoonists.
12) The results will be announced in the month of October of 2015.
13) The cartoons presented in the competition won't be returned, which will be part of the future National Museum of Caricature of Rionegro, in accordance with the representative of Cartoonrendon.
14) By filling in the entrance form attached, the participant declares and accepts in advance that (s)he has turned over the financial rights (s)he holds over the cartoon or cartoons vis-ŕ-vis the public to Cartoonrendon without limitation on location, time period and number the intellectual property all rights for publication.(S)he agrees that Cartoonrendon may use such cartoons, exhibit them, keep them in its archives and publish them on the internet or through other media. With the actual delivery of the request for participation is considered delegates these rights to Cartoonrendon and / or his representative.
15) The organization is reserved the right of exhibiting those works that he/she understands they can attempt against individual or collective rights.
16) The Participation in the competition supposes the entire acceptance and without reservations all the conditions.

This year the Andromeda Art Studio has once again been invited to participate in the ‘Festival of Economics’, held between May 29th and June 2th in Trento.
The theme for this year is: Social mobility
Dynamic and static inequalities are equally important. It is not just the distance between those with higher and lower incomes that matters, but also the odds that lower-paid workers will close the gap in the course of their lifetime.
The great divide between the richest and poorest 20 per cent of the US population was for a long time deemed socially acceptable because it was part and parcel of a society with high levels of social mobility. The US was considered to be the land of self-made individuals where the declared, if not always practiced, objective was that of guaranteeing equal opportunities. Social mobility means that even when inequalities are most glaring, it is still possible for those who find themselves on the lowest rung of the social ladder to move up several places in the income scale. In fact, as a Report to the US Congress recently acknowledged, the latest studies show that the rise in income and earning disparities has gone hand in hand with a contraction in social mobility. Meanwhile cross-country data on static and dynamic inequalities show that the greater the income gaps are, the less social mobility there is across generations, a correlation which, ironically enough, is known as the Great Gatsby curve.
